So, Shrike has the ability to give a unit he has joined the Infiltration ability. In the rules it specifically states that IC's may form units with other IC's...I'm not sure if that's relevant, but it may be. Anyway, I am just wondering if you guys think that other IC's joining Shrikes unit (IE, Shrike with a tactical squad + a chaplain) would allow the chaplain to infiltrate as well. I am leaning to yes, because unlike many other abilities, Shrike doesn't not specify a type of unit, or a single unit, just HIS unit, and a unit can be formed of any number of IC's, plus a single non IC unit. I think it's stupid though >.> Thanks |

That seems perfectly reasonable. After all, if Shrike can teach Tacticals to Infiltrate, a veteran Chaplain should be able to follow his instructions equally well, if not better! |
