I think Vostroyans were great concept wise and I've seen some people make lovely jobs out of them but the scale always annoyed me. Some of them stand taller than marines. They must put something in the food on Vostroya. Either that or noone smokes.

Or the hats add a foot or more to the figs...

IG as a rule are much larger than they should be... (thus why I am doing the old metals...) (that and I have a ton of them...)

The Mawlock is one that keeps diving underground are reappearing isn't it? Think like the transformer at the begining of the first film.

I have hopes (seeing the write up with the GW cover) that plastic stormies are on the near horizon - makes sense I suppose!

the Scorpion transformer (who isnt actually a transformer, just part of one) is in the second one as well - in the big desert battle :)

did anyone else notice that the Mawloc in WD appears to have a gap in the side of the mouth that should probably have been filled before being handed over to 'Eavy Metal?

Yea, i saw that as plain as day. Then again i always see the tiny mistakes on models and paintjobs, Its why some fo the local gw staff find me really anoying, they give me new model and i just rip it to shreds with harsh critisism. :D i've stopped now but this was stupidly obvious.
