Hi all, basically Wanted to know how big a following is on here and to discuss plots and conspiracies ![]() Much like the Doctor Who thread. Personally i find the show scarily addictive i could sit and watch a season of it. Just interested to see if anyone else shares such an interest. It is such an odd program, when i was told about it i refused to watch it because from what id heard and watched, it was all about invisible polar bears and ghosts and stuff but actually became addicted like the rest. Also thought id post this up to let people discuss their dislikes about the program, i know that yes there are quite a few fans but there are just as many people watch it and despise the show, feel free to post up why. As long as someone justifies their argument and isnt offensive i dont see why you shouldnt post away ![]() Just to let you know im mid way through season 5 so for those waiting for season 6 No spoilers please :p |

Never caught my mind really, watched some of the first episodes and was just a bit confused by it all. Then saw bits and pieces of the other series and couldn't figure how they had gone from castaways on an island to running about with computers and guns.... lol |

It's never captivated me either, my brother adores it though. Like, literally adores it. It's his favourite thing. Give me a Battlestar and a squadron of alert Vipers instead anyday.

I can understand exactly why that happened, if you missed several episodes in a row it would be extremly difficult to catch up. I have the box sets muchos sensible ![]() @Pope Fair enough... I wouldnt say i adore it but i would say i get far to involved in the show. J5 |

sucked me in - i love it, the only way to watch it though is to have the self control to not watch it til its ALL out, then do it in a 17 or so hour sesion- stock up on weed and munchies! its like old fasioned comic book boys adventures, pure pulp- very flavour of the moment, but i like the flavour And Kate And then some more Kate |

Always wanted to watch it, but just missed it when it started and never got around to watching it. The weirdness I have heard about it since has put me off somewhat. |

Yes, kate indeed... @Marovian Boxset (legal or the other one...) is definetly the way. The thing id reccomend is dont be put off by the initial weirdness everthing becomes clear in the end (except the 'monster' no answers to all that) J5 |

To be fair I much prefer 24. And I know thats got somewhat silly as well, I mean there is only so many times one man can save the entire US from terrorists or corrupt presidents, but still he is Jack Bauer. |

I hope you get killed by a a golf club wielding polar bear >_> The shows so....stupid >_< I gave it a try I honestly did and the entire thing offended my intelligence and my sanity. I too watch Family guy and scrubs. Seen just about every episode of each but still trying to catch up on season 8, DK if you want I know a site for each series that has links for all the episodes for both shows more or less. I watched season 1 when it started and got into it, but missed the start of season 2...that's when the problem starts.....I got lost. Tried to continue to watch it but due to the shifts I worked back then kept missing episodes......got even more lost. Finally the wife got talking to one of here friends in New Zealand, got onto the subject of lost, she sent the missus the complete Seasons 1-3, She then proceeded to watch all of them. Stopping to do the housework and get the boy ready for school, fed, bathed and put to bed. (I had to fend for myself...) She then felt I needed to know everything that as going on with the characters, Island, Plot over the course of every season since. So I am now fully clued up on lost and will sit down and watch an episode if I get the chance..If not the wife will tell me exactly what went down. Something she has also done with twilight, read all the books and relayed it all back to me. (learned now not to watch something before her then tell her its okay) Mmmmm Kate (main reason I didn't flick the channel over on the 1st episode. Edited by Cole, 22 Nov 2009, 11:41 PM.
