After having a great idea of compiling all the very best painting recipes of the AB membership, by his own admission, Capt Wolverine has neglected it.

He has now just updated the recipe book with loads of new recipes, thanks to Spiky James, but he needs your help....

He has opened up the recipe book for all of you to add your own as in the past he has received recipes and forgot to add them. Please follow the given formatted that you see in there e.g. Bold, enlarged red titles, the recipe followed with a clear picture.

The book is a great point of reference to us all. One of the great things about this forum is our willingness to share, as such we really hope you will take the time to add a few of your own.

Indeed, if you come across a paint technique in someone else's log, ask them to add it, or put it up yourself, giving them the credit.
