The hair is rubbish i admit but the rest looks great. Particularly the standing legs! SO much better than the sqaushed legs. Do we know if these will stand taller than a normal marine?

is it just me or does the model on the right have a longer body than a normal marine? could it be that marines are being more realistically scaled now?

I think it's more the posing of the legs that conveys that illusion. With any luck, there'll be less of the knee's bent ones that fill the sprues, and more 'straight' ones; which I think that one in particular would be.

yeah, that said, many current space marine legs have the perfect toe edge snowboard stance, legs bent, knees far apart, weight forward :P

Because July's is the one currently out and August is the next WD.

Sept is the one after that. Hence why not on the website. The WD's are now identical except for shop listings and tournaments. The days of the better US WD are gone.

Ah right I didn't realise that. I don't buy WD nowadays, it got a bit rubbish for me when they filled it with too much LOTR, and since I have no interest in LOTR, and little interest in WFB, the very reduced amount of 40k in there meant for me it wasn't worth the £4.

But the SW one I will keep an eye out for and get that.

This month is ok for 40k, but it's largely based around Planetary empires.

Just a note to say Space Wolves are release on the 3rd of Oct, advance order will be the 19th Sept (you "might" get them on the 26th Sept depend on GW & your local post)

However for a clear image of the WD with wolf art work

All I can say is with the info I been told by good contact I can not wait for the release of the codex. I really do look forward to building my second Space Wolve army :D

Ragnar is being re-made model wise.

You should hear more info by Sun the 16th Aug due to Games Day Germany (no dout a lot people will be wanting to know) along with a "specil" release.

Cheers IP. Think I will start a "SW fund" so come release I can buy me some nice shiny new plastic.

Would be cool if they did a multi part Wolf Lord kit, like the SM Commander. Doubt it though.

I have my 13th Company waiting to be rebuilt, but I'm hoping they can stay as an all infantry/biker force and avoid any unnecessary tanks.

So much would be obvious considering how small the current model looks :D

Still got the like of Abaddon who smaller than the current Plastic Terminators & IMO look out dated (would like a new Abaddon to look like FW large version of him in term of detail it has).

Yes you'll be alright, though your Grey Slayer will have to be "count as" with Grey Hunters.

Also for those woundering, the photo of the Games Dev painting stastion, they are the brand new wolf models (the grey marine in the front). There also a good reason why there cut off on the GW site when you try to make the image bigger (nothing to do with the new Wolf models ;) let just say it give people in Nottingham a laught!!)
