Got some more terrain finished over the past few days:   First campervan. With a dead Vault dweller...   Other Campervan and Caravan, PIP.    Generic dead trees Painted a few days ago. Bomb is almost finished. Any suggestions?  Just to show a possible setup of some of the terrain. Really happy with how it looks! Comments most welcome

Dino - Cheers! Sachiel - I'll try and get some pics of the terrain "in action" soon - I have plans to sort out a proper games table brewing at the moment Poom - Thanks The trees *could* be removable, but these are glued. You could leave the pegs unglued into the bases, that could work. They're from Woodland Scenics, they make scenery for model railways and the like, these were about £11 for a bag with enough in for 4 large bases worth of trees.bram - Thanks Small update: Found this truck the other day when I was tidying out my room, bought it about 8 years ago at a car boot sale, which then got modified and repainted. I gave it to a friend a few years ago to convert for his orks - he brought it over about a year ago, left it here...ah well, now reclaimed  Added the rollcage using some florists wire...  Had some green spray leftover from other projects...  Added some black paint to the wheels and various other parts, then used some Catachan Green over the spray base. The idea is for it to be a deserted army deuce and a half (maybes Imperial or PDF or other generic military) in the style of the ones kicking around the Capital Wasteland in Fallout3

Ugh, double post, you buggers  Got my scouring pad hedgerows done.   Cheap and worked out pretty decently I think!  Also did some more work on the truck

 Playground is done, just needs some static grass - going to do the bunch of terrain I'm working on together once they're done.    Truck also finished. Currently working on the caravan and campervan remaining. After a bit more painting my shantytown/Necromunda-esque/Megaton-esque terrain will begin! |
