Slap that Basrion on some BaneBlade tracks and you got yourself a new Apoc Datasheet.

I love the Quad Auto-cannon AA.
That's an interesting idea. Not that I'd do it myself but would be interesting to see one.

The best of the stuff for planetstrike is the shrine of the aquilla sprues if you ask me, because they'll fit together with the existing COD sprues.

Also, while we're discussing new stuff, have you guys seen the new Russ pictures from this thread:

straken, plasma turret and multibarrelled big gun turret (sorry, I'm really spacing on IG tank names now)

OMG that straken model is sooooo cool... but i have the old one... looks like i have two then.
Cant say i like the new turrets for the russes.
But i do like the hellhound a lot so thats two out of three.

i like both the new turrets, although why GW armed the punisher with heavy flamer and then plasma gun sponsons is beyond me*

*at this current point in time, when i have just finished exams

not their best work- a bit surprising considering it'll be a stalwart of the guard range for a few years to come.
oh well- more choppy choppy it is

I like the punisher, but the idea of the executioner is its a rare beast thats only made at a few main forgeworlds with access to the Ryza techology, so how can they change the design?

Reason Planetstrike isn't being seen on the independant circuit yet is GW studio is on internal shudown over disciplinary action. To be honest, we did the same in the army so I can't fault the procedure.

And let's face it the kind of thing you and Col got up to really deserved disciplinary action.

using parts from other companies?
releasing stuff to internet forums such as here and warseer before it was supposed to be known about?

Oh no those have given me an insanely amazing idea for a conversion that I have to make...

I'm going to be so skint after these get released. :(

Stracken loks fantastic but those turrets really are bad. ALthough i can see that GW went down the rout of a scaled down plasma blastgun for the executioner. The fw one is more rounded.

nice piccies of the new tanks though one thing worries me, not one of the new tank piccies, whether it be the demolisher or the hell hound have track guards or a dozer blade and all have a new cupola design therefore i think the accessory sprue has been taken out of the box.

prehaps i'm being a bit negative but i like the accessory sprue, its good for spare parts and the track guard do a very good job of covering up my shoddy track assembly abilities and frankly i'm going to be a bit cheesed off if i have to fork out £8 to buy it from direct on top of the price i've paid for the model,

sorry rant over, going to pre-order the hellhound soon (and do an inventory of the bits box)

How do they justify the price difference between imperial and chaos bastion? Seems a lot for a few spikes or am I reading it wrong?
