hi all i've ordered some bits from them. last tuesday my order status was updated to dispatched. sent an email to ask if the bits had been posted as nothing had arrived saturday morning. no presponse. anyone used them?

I had the same problem before, they sent the wrong bits, I sent numerous emails and phone calls but never got an answer. Gave up in the end. Have used them since and not had anything wrong with them.

I used them before, got a bit worried cos I never got a confirmation email from them, the bits turned up no problem tho, pretty quickly too!

I have starting using them 2 months ago at weekly basis. always arrived the next day.
Ordered stuff Saturday evening so expecting them tomorrow.

P.s. Usually my stuff arrives before I have even made the payment.
So awesome site IMO.

Despite always previously being happy with them, my last two orders have now arrived containing the wrong pieces, and this latest one also took over a week to dispatch.

I have now placed an order with bitzbox.co.uk, so will see how they do.

All good for me. They tend to be cheaper and have more stock than Bitz Box

Alot of the issues is due to GW screwing they're suppliers around, I spoke to Bitsandkits, and his orders with GW are running late, I use bitzbox as well and a good service. Shame Wookiehole has shut, it had alot of potential.

Just as a footnote to my previous comment, I received an email from Mark the other day, apologising for the problems, explaining that his wife has been in hospital and he's been struggling on account of looking after her now she's out. He also sent out all the appropriate bitz, which arrived today. So personally, I'm quite happy to accept that (though of course it's a shame about his wife), and I will continue to give him my custom.

- Since I publicised my problems/complaints on here, I figure it's only fair to share the fact that it's now been satisfactorily resolved.
