Night Lords; HELP NEEDED

hi people

i NEED help ive decided to start a Night lords army however i no nothing about them fluff wise only that they have deferrent psychic powers and that they dont worship any chaos gods they just use them as a tool is any of this true? and how does this affect them in 40k games?
do i just pick units from chaos units like beserkers or plague marines?

hope some one out there can help me

There's also a fair bit in the previous CSM codex.

They're terror tactics specialists. They use lots of raptors and tend to like to hit-and-run. They don't dedicate themselves to any specific chaos power, and don't do much demon summoning.

When picking an army, avoid cult marines, possessed, spawn and demons. Use lots of raptors and infiltrating chosen.

There's specific Night Lords heads with winged helmets that might be still available from GW. Paint em dark blue, with gold. Add lightning effects to the flat panels.
