Rackham to Gw rules conversion; New Character help!!!

Ok I received Fulgor Meteor of the Aegis from Rackham recently:

here are my rules for him (Adapted from Dwarf master Engineers rules)

Lord Choice

Artillery Master ( Fulgor loves his war machine and will between all dwarf warmachines he will only stay with each warmachine for 1 turn unless he pass a Leadership test)

Entrench

Equipment: Hand weapon, Steam powered jump pack, Steampowered gauntlets and gromril armour

Steam powered jump pack and Gauntlets:

Inscribed with the master rune of fortune (similar to rune of fortune but not only one use) 50 points.

Steampowered Jump pak ( Used during the movement phase)

The Jump pack is very unreliable and the power released varies so it increases movement by D6 + Artillery dice, ignores terrian may be use to enter or leave combat. Incase of a misfire roll refer to below chart

Misfire Chart Jump pack:

1: Bang!!! Jump pack and gauntlets exploded killing Fulgor out right and showering everyone nearby with shrapnal. Units friendly and foe with d6 inches suffer d6 strength 4 hits.

2: Whizz!! The pressure is to much to control and Fulgors whooshes off out of control. Roll both artillery dice, to see Fulgors direction and distance travelled (reroll misfire), Fulgor will then suffer D6 hits strength x (saving rolls allowed) X= number rolled on artillery dice. Any unit he comes in contact suffers the same. Jump pack and gauntlet are now useless for the remainder of the game.
If he leave table edge he is lost for good.

3/4: Hiss!! The boiler has split and has lost pressure Fulgor can not use either the jump pack or gauntlets this turn.

5: Kerplunk!!! Some has gone wrong, Fulgore will only travel half the distance rolled on the D6 (rounded up)

6: Poot poot!! : Some has gone wrong, Fulgore will only travel the D6.

Steam Gauntlets:

They double fulgor strength ( included already).
A roll of a 1 while rolling to hit is equivalent to a roll of a misfire roll so refer to below chart:

Misfire chart Steam Gauntlets:

Fulgors helmet is inscribed withe the master rune of spite.

Of the English language I don't know that much...
But about your points, I'm rather unsure, 200 points for a rather unreliable character (lost of possibilities to go boom), so I would lower them...
And such things, you can only get right when you test it a lot in battle, maybe he is rather though to get killed :)
