Like I said though, no problem with it, but a final completion bonus would stop that being abused. |

But why should people be penalised for painting just one character? I can happily spend the same amount of time painting a single figure as I can painting a regiment. I'll be really honest, im all for pushing people to get armies finished, but I think adding points and rules to the whole thing is starting to fly way off the mark of the original intention. |

You can start now, but you have to submit your first unit by the end of May. |

I'm not opening the month end thread till 1 May for judging 31 May... We dont want to conflict with the "Tale of" comp. Okay... I can do no scoring but I was using it as a tool to motivate people... I will post a poll tomorrow (around noon GMT...)(Unless Digits beats me too it.) Whatever you guys want is what we will do. Mrs. Dean is ready for bed... Grrwowr....

I think its the amount he'd have to paint (says he who has triple figures of core troops in his provisional Empire force). Dave out. |

I have a question, with the artillery their will be different kind of figures, like I said before: dwarfs and such stuff. And the normal crew men are in the infantry units or are in my bits box, so how will it work for me then? And also, some of my characters are made from "normal" rank and file figures (read mordheim) so does your rule of mounted thingy also apply to these? Are most are bought on a convention or from ebay... |

Having read the rules, so far they seem ok to me, although it's becoming a lot more formal than originally planned. Not a major problem for me. |

Scoring poll up... http://s3.zetaboards.com/The_Ammobunker/topic/7150186 The more I think about it, I agree with Marovian and El Diablo. Lets just paint our toys and get on with building an army... |

I agree Dean, I have far too much regimented bollocks and discipline at work without having to worry about being on my toes in my hobby. Sorry for being blunt, having a bad day

Got a couple of thousand points of my old Wood Elf and High Elf armies, but if I'm going to paint fantasy at the moment it would be more Warmachine. |

as late as last week me and a few others decided to get to grips with our fantasy forces. But since I've sold parts of my old O&G I decided it was time to start anew. And not too surprisingly the choice fell on chaos. It's perfekt for one like myself that is a slow painter. And of course I'll be joing Nurgle even in fantasy. I'm up for the task (and I really want to go to England next year on open Bash since I couldn't make it this year) EDIT. I'm gonna stick to my 40k chaos thread for the fantasy stuff as well Edited by Neth_Oni, 31 Mar 2009, 06:19 PM.
