Ok let me start off saying this is not an official character, It is an idea I had for my warboss for my Ork Army. So here goes, wouldn't mind some input and see what people think. Oh and by the way, this character will only be used in "House" games so to speak.

Ok, so here is a brief history on mad eye and on his special rules.

Mad Eye Started off life quite normal (Well as normal for an Orc). Whilst growing up, he enjoyed many of the same interests as the other boys, mainly loud noises, fast vehicles and fighting. However, in one skirmish against the eldar, a lot of things changed. The mob he was part of were ambushed by Eldar Howling Banshee's, the lithe warriors cutting down most of their number within a few seconds, himself suffering a wound that cost him his right eye and knocking him to the floor, dazing him for a few seconds. Upon regaining his senses, he saw the rest of the mob were dead, the Banshee's seemingly laughing at the slaughter, which caused an immense bloodlust to rise up in him, familiar at the start, but he quickly realised this was something more, more powerfull than anything he had ever felt before. Before he knew what he was doing he grabbed two choppas from the floor, and with an air shattering cry of Wagggh charged the Banshee's. After what seemed like hours of fighting he stopped as he began to calm, seeing the banshee's slain around him, yet not another wound on him apart from his maimed eye. This was when he realised he had become a conduit for gork and mork.

When he returned to his tribe though, he found he was unable to use a firearm, something within him causing his entire body to freeze up whenever he tried to pick one up, let alone use it, something that gained him ridicule from the others. Due to this, he began to fight against them more than was normal for any orc, his form slowly bulking up and growing in size till he became warboss. It was through this he became so well versed in close combat, and also his ability to soak up attacks and wounds like they were nothing, able to shrug off the pain and effects of wounds as he believed " He was doin' Gork or Morks work',more than his brethren, and it was after his rise to warboss that he got a Pain Doktor and a Mech to do something about his eye, a painfull process that involved the removak of it and replacement with a cybernetic replacement, though this gave him nothing special apart from being able to see out of both eyes again. It was also at this time that he got his 'Uge Choppas crafted, his immense form the only one so far capable of using the massive blades with any ease.

Another strange thing that arose over time was his accompaniment of a snotling he refered to as stripe, due to an unusual line running down the snot's head due to an accident at birth with a burna. The snot, like most of his ilk, had an aversion for danger and on one occasion he ran in a differant direction to the other snotlings with him, grabbing Mad Eye's attention. as he followed him, he found himself walking out of a bombardment that would of landed on him a few seconds later had he not moved. After this, Mad eye got a leash of sorts formed, and collar to make sure that stripe was always with him, looking at the snot like he was a good luck charm, though in all fairness it's only the snot's self preservation instinct which means they escape so many blasts, and only if Mad Eye realises the snot is trying to run away.

Well I hope you enjoy this, any critiscism is welcome, and I will try to divulge more on Mad Eye's history as time goes on.

I have no experience of creating characters, so I may be way out with my comments, but here goes.

How many points you charging for thie behemoth - it's gonna have to be high.

As far as I can see, you have got special rules to make him immune to instant death but he is toughness 6 anyway! I'd lower it to T5 to make the special rule meaningful. Also, strength 6 plus huge choppas AND power weapon is a bit OTT. Make it strength 5, but keep the rest.

I'd also make the "Stripe the Snotling" rule once per game, but perhaps a 3+ for when you do use it.

I think the main problem with this guy is he is too difficult to kill. I don't have any problem with him being tough, but at the moment he is a little insane.

Good background though mate, like it.
