Yep, loads more snow here. Big difference this time was that it was all gone by midday, at least on the roads.

Woke up this morning and realised it was snowing, again. Nothing too bad yet but it is starting to get a little thick.

Dave out.

Dave, there has been a severe weather warning issued for Strathclyde as far north as Oban saying that we will get between 5 and 10cm of snow, with drifting due to the wind.

So far there is no sign of it here as usual.

It been pretty bad here during the day but the snow settle down right now compiared to this moring, it turn into slet.

Not happy as it apprently going to be even heavy snow shower tomorrow, the road in my street is not the best for this weather as the road in my street gose up hill, as soon as one car get stuck we are all block in.
Just I do not mind the snow, but it when it heavy like we had during the Christmas holidays only got out of the house for three days in a month, I do not like it & more so when the local council can't be bother supply the street with grit to "save" money ^o)

So see how bad tomorrow is :'( But main this in Sat is ok weather wise :D

I was able to ski in Belgium last week (needed to drive 3h). Never thought I would do that in my life.

Glens of Antrim were fairly snowy yesterday, these don't really show it, but a few miles up the road it was around 6-7" deep in places.

Can just see Scotland in the background:

You call that a Glen Adam, this is a Glen!

And this is the snow out the back of Ben Nevis (tallest mountain in Scotland for those that don't know)

Posted Image

And to show how high the ski centre is, that is the top of Ben Nevis in the background, top of the ski centre is only 100m lower than the top of B. Nevis.
