Well all im a big fan of Fallout and post Apoc films Mad max etc. And for ages iv wanted to make some Mini's from these sort of seting. and well after a long think and looking for companys who do the mini's i am after i have got some. All in a way i just wanted to make and Paint (yea i know me paint lol) some mini's and maybe make a game system on like Fallout, there is a table top game of it which you can download free called Fallout warfare. which i mite borrow some of the rules from that. well lets get on to the mini(s)

so far only one mini has come this is from a company called Troll Forged in the US. its a little smaller than i thought but its a great cast! the resin is nice and no mould release!

this mini will be part of a mutant warband. i will convert maybe a few of these as i am now ordering a few more.

I will be making some scenery for these. which may come later this week if i get time damn work and over time!

well updates of completed mini later i hope this evening.

Also if any one no of any online sellers who sell mutant/post Apoc models can you like link the site?

Edgar Ramos, he's a great guy who runs mad puppet miniatures, makes awesome post-apoc minis, available here: ( http://www.madpuppetminiatures.com/main.php?zone=cat&cat=2 )

By the way, I'm a big fallout fan myself, I haven't played Fallout 3 though, just the old ones. I'll be watching this thread!

Oooh, I'll be watching this one. I had thought about doing a Fallout-style Necromunda gang, and I would point out that, if you haven't thought of it already, the Necromunda Escher and Goliath models are pretty much perfect for Raiders.

You should try than the Fallout 3, Dominus! it's not as good as the F1-F2 or the F:Tactics, but gives for the player nice interesting visual, and a lot of hell good idea about making things for the warhammer 40k. Ofc in my pov.

Back to the topic, it's a fine idea creating such things like a fallout based tabletop game, the resin what you post is perfect, properly fit for a Universe of mutants, and such nice things. Will watch this thread for further news, and progress.

Check out Westwind's Siberian's from their Soviet Secrets of the Third Reich range for some great mutants. I love them. But alternatively the Chaos Ogryns from FW would fit the bill perfectly I guess...
I'm going to keep an eye on this one. I love the Fallout games... Well, I haven't played 3 yet... But 1, 2 and tactics were awesome.

Awesome work so far. Went over to ebay to find one of the art books and paid £8. Can't be bad for all that artwork.

Im very tempted to jump on the post-apoc bandwaggon.

Very nice :) Can we get a comparison shot next to something GW? Maybe a Cadian or marine? Hell, even a paint pot lol
Are you aiming for the miniature base to be for some kinda skirmish game like the pen and paper Fallout rules or is it going to be more roleplay orientated?

I saw the guy sculpting these on warseer, Icesword was his name, really glad to see you've picked one up, the cardoor is a brilliant addition, I think it needs something around his/its wrist tieing the car door to his arm.

Really nice, how it came out! The car door fantastic, and the small additions also.

I agree with Sheep, some razorwire around the left arm, to show kicking that shield is a hard job. :D GJ!

That mutant is looking great! I am also a big fan of Icesword and I really like what Trollforge is doing helping young sculpters. IMO the mutant is good sized, afterall it's bigger than a marine! Can't wait to see that painted.
