Yes, exactly. I've been collecting a lot of WWI reference images, and there have been several good TV specials this past year, where they go back in and look at old battlefields. Some have then-and-now images, excavaton plots and where you can still see the trench line in the now grassy knolls. A great site I found: Trenches and Pathways   .jpg) I love the double Bastion design that everyone's doing, and must try it at some point. A lot of good pointers out there! I don't know why... but I really needed to make a five-sided bastion! Maybe I just needed an armored mushroom...      After putting it in CAD, I was able to make a floor template to ensure it was true and "square". I clipped off more of the moulding than I need, so I have to go back in and rebuild a bit of the corners. I then made a second template for the top floor. Edited by TrooperPX, 23 Aug 2009, 04:02 PM.

That's an interesting concept, I really quite like it. The bastion kit seems to be quite popular and versatile. |

Absolutly brilliant, always wanted a trench system myself but couldnt afford Fw. Eager to see the finished board. |
