Good to hear you've almost recovered. Not that I ever knew you had anything to recover from, but I still imagine you must feel pretty good about now! Cool stack of models you got there, but I'm not sure about the idea of going Imperial. I certainly think the meks would do a good job of 'improving' that Shadowsword, given the opportunity...

baby update from me: 405pts for ammoriss so far this month;  and a lesson in not leaving your paintstation unattended when Baby Gonzo is about;  he ripped 4 lots of rotorblades off, little shitebag. I got one of these aftre reading captain wolverines review, I'm impressed with the end result but it takes ages to fit together, next to the tool rack is a paint rack under construction.  What next for Ammoriss then? A; paint 80 boyz, 5 lootas B; build and paint a dread, 2 kans C; build and paint 2 trucks D; build and paint little Mork E; build and undercoat everything so I have a full choice of units at the Bash, but not all painted Open to the floor gents. |

Looking great Gonzo, i'd paint whatever you fancy, but the more points the better (in case i fall dramatically short ) I would try to have a fully painted army for da bash, it makes a betta impresshun  an shows dat we Orkes iz da best.

Definitely painting something rather than building everything IMO. If you plan to play apoc at the bash, then the Stompa might be good to have. Otherwise, although I'd like to see the trukks done, you do already have a lot of fastness with the Koptas and Bikerz, so maybe more boyz? |

evening gents and gimps! thanks for all your replies guys, appreciated. Yes Wagner is playing at level 11 in my head right now, might get another 8 to make 20 deffcoptas for apocalypse games, anyone got a few they'd be willing to trade up or sell for a reasonable price?? Better pictures for you, I'm still messing with tripod height, camera and light settings and the travel photobooth so be patient. here comes the magic:  a better pic of all 9 'coptas  my fast attack element.  1st sqn  2nd sqn  half left/right sqn  closeup of my 5 colour orkses, base colours, wash, highlight, beer.  another close up  better pic of my walker mob  the big boss in person  what I have to paint before the bash   on my painting table right now, no painting tonight though, bones is on tv, and I got beer!!!! c&c welcome gents, I need love! |
