Also those travelling distance, would you prefer two nights at the site, ie: night before GD and the night after?

 Whats the plan with that, camp or in the cabins? If its the cabins its cheaper for me to stay 2 nights in a travel lodge. Also can't help but feel that camping for one night then in the travel lodge for the other will just be too much hassle, would prefer to stay both nights in the same place, but at the same time kinda don't want to camp for 2 nights. Also what we doing bout tents etc, do we bring our own, same with food etc? I mean I am bringing 3 of us down and food for 3, sleeping bags, a tent perhaps, 40k stuff, clothes etc, is getting to be alot of kit, also if I need to bring stoves, lights etc.

 As me and Major Catastrophe (Martin) have said at the Open Bash, we are interested in camping at the site. it'll have to be 1 night for us, and travel back on the Sunday as i will have school on Monday, and m dad will have to go to work early in the morning.

For us, we'll bring out the 2 man tent we have, food, water, equipment and other bits and pieces (if we do the campining part that is). Oh, and my 40k army :D

 From looking at it there are't cabins, there is a single cabin that groups can hire. We would just be doing the camping thing - so 2 quid each.

I will pick up one of those one man self erecting types (as seen on the Gadget Show...) for about 26-30 quid. Fold down and pack away to almost nothing.

What we could do though is group together to hire the cabin (so 30 quid between us) to provide cooking equipment etc.

Is that right Jase or have i misread the website?

 No thats right Matt, the cabin idea was a secure place for kit, gaming area or touch up area for your models. Splitting the cost between us (couple of quid each). Most importantly, if its raining we have a 'dry zone' for socialising

 Right next thing is who would be planning to stay 2 nights? As me Steve and Grizz will need to stay somewhere on the sunday night as well, and were planning to book a Travel lodge, but if enough people would stay 2 nights then we will as well, if nto then I will need to book the Travel lodge soon thats all.

And is it a case of bring your own camping gear?

Oh and are we allowed to get riotlously drunk there?

 can those of us that live up north arrive at campsite sometime saturday and then camp/game etc? And we would need some form of lift from nottingham or birmingham train station probably. (This is me and corrupt btw)

The plan is for us to gather some time on the Saturday and camp over that night.

The plan is for us to be setting most of the Games Day stuff up at the NEC on the saturday so if you arrive at the station there (Birmingham International i think) it will be no problem picking you up and taking you to the camp site. Not sure what time this will be though and you may have to hang around half hour or so till someone can pick you up.

Well it aint unreasonable for us to get a train west. There a direct train to manchester from middlesbrough and vice versa every hour.

Well i can live out of a small satchel for 2-3 days and am skinny. Dave is a tiny bit larger. Like healthy sized person:P
But yeah we've slept in the same bed a few times so dont mind cuddlin up in the back if ye have space:D
