I think its Birmingham international cos u can get a transfer to the airport from there i'd check tho, as i don't go 2 the NEC often other than the odd concert. And if i do go into brum i jus get the metro tram from Wolverhampton so im abit rusty on trains lol :P

i aint to sure what time it opens i'd say about 9.30 or 10ish

hope thats helped :D

cheers

As Si said, It is Birmingham International. You can get a transfer from New Street there aswell. GD opens at 10am, but 9am for Golden Demon entrants. :)

So to get to buy stuff first do you enter GD with any old thing then run for the forgeworld store?

lars it does work that way. I have done it myself for the last 4 years...

As if we have our own section of tables! I will be proudly wearing my AB tshirt, and will drop in.

May i also be the first on this thread to congratulate Jase on his good news?

Gratz man, hope this means she doesnt enforce tighter law over the hobby!

Unfortuneatly not, GW has a list of the helpers and apparently only they can get in early for set-up, nice try though!

IGNORE THE PLAN ON PAGE ONE.

It was wrong. Th plan of tables on the plan we were sent appear to be a bit out of date. That corner is in fact LotR.

So this is wrong:

This is right:

And a few pics 'in-situ'

And one pic of something else already set up:

We did have one snag today, two of the volunteers forgot to bring their tickets. Now to save their embaressment at being so stupid I will not name them, I shall merely refer to them as Mr A and Mr B of Edinburgh.

I think I saw a sneak peak of that in the December WD, did I not?

It's a real working rhino...

Edit:

Sorry guys, just looked at the date of the last post... Woops. How embarrassing.
