Just looking through the new Chaos Codex (40k obviously) and I didn't/couldn't find the entry for Nurgling bases (demon swarms). Where is it? What am I supposed to do now? |

is this the CSM codex? if so, you will want to look under "lesser daemons". everything not a greater daemon was chucked in there, so not to clash with the daemons codex |

Sorry about that, yeah I meant the CSM codex I'm still getting to terms with the two codex's.In the CSM there's only the greater demon and the lesser demons entry, but no entry for nurglings that I see. I would assume now having been reminded of the demon 'dex that it's in there? |

nope, all daemons that are not greater daemons are counted as lesser daemons, your nurglings ARE lesser daemons. this puts them at a disadvantage to most other lesser daemons as they are on a bigger base and can therefore be assaulted by more opponents, you can't decrease the base size either as you are only allowed to base models on bases of the size they were supplied with or bigger. |

well, he shouldn't that's not how they are intended and i wouldn't play against them (especially if he were ACTUALLY playing them as nurglings (ie out of the new daemon dex) is that jim btw? |

I guess it couldn't hurt, I've got a bloodthirster, 8 blood letters, 14 plaguebearers, that should be a good start to a demon force. Plus Eureka Miniatures has put out some wicked looking demons that I had intended on getting (for Wierd War Occult type stuff). |
