Link to project log: http://s3.zetaboards.com/The_Ammobunker/topic/7257097/ Regiment Name: The Martyred sister Composition: Cavalry regiment Origins: P.D.F on the convent world of Belonia IX Actions of Note: there main action of note came in M: 38-238 in defence to the shrine of the unknown sister Location: Sigmar prime Situation Report: 3 squadrons have deployed with 6 regiments of P.D.F under the command of Canoness Christine the pure and a force of Sororitas to destroy an Ork attack.  3rd squadron charge a traitor guard position with the support of a Hellhound from 8th armoured on Pandora VIII in M40-587 Founded in early M36 as a way to channel the energy of the younger sons of the nobility on the convent world of Belonia IX, it was at first seen as something of a joke amongst the rest of the P.D.F forces there. But after a sudden strike by Dark Eldar raiders on there home world, there reputation has grown to such appoint now that if any son of a noble house wants to succeed and move up in rank in the government on Belonia IX he must have served in this regiment. There are tales of noble house being ruined, when there sons have been rejected for service in the regiment over successive generations, and if a son is found wanting and not accepted he is put on a suicide watch. |

Composition: Combination of PDF and Arbites forces both Infantry and Armoured support. Origins: Force mainly consists of the bulk of the 3rd Regiment, Gomeron VII PDF and its support components. Actions of Note: Defence of the planet during assault by substantial Tyranid forces following initial insurrection by hybrid cult. Local forces were assisted in the defence by a strike force of Ultramarines of the 4th Company as well as an Inquisitional force who were accompanying the Astartes. Location: Imperial Planet Gomeron VII Situation Report: Combined Arms Detachment maintains close operational ties through training and active operations. Both sections, PDF and Arbites from local precincts maintain a 'Ready Force' for short notice actions. Intelligence gathering maintains a priority to attempt to prevent further insurrection. Pic shows both the Combined Arms Detachment & their Ultramarine saviours.
