Damn, you've sure been busy since I last checked this thread, nice work mate! I can see that you realy love flyers... And well, who doesn't!? You're realy going all in on this army and I realy love it. Your based and painted flyers look great and they are a great inspiration for me. What did you use to make the flying stand? Thanks, well the stands are 3 cd/dvd's stuck on on top of each other. then there is a bolt, and a meta/alumium rod, which iv had threaded with a lathe to add the tread for the bolt. to get 5 rods it cost me 4 cans of beer, as my dads friend do the bars for me. And yes i have been busy. well in a few weeks i be geting 1 HQ squad, and more troops i hope. and maybe more Valks once the plastic ones are out. |

hmmm no idea its equited with Hellstrike missiles so what ever that one is, 6 missiles so should do some damage. iv made up a load of troops 15 at the mo, so will get a picture of the whole army later today. |

Well here is a sort of group pic more troops what are not in the pic  EDIT ok insted of doing a new post id add it to here, well looking over the army list i want some Stormtroopers! so here is what iv got at the mo (blu tak together) so its still wip i be adding a load of bags etc to it, knife ammo etc etc  So C+C welcome and IDEAS!! yep thats right, well iv glued the arms on, the power pack, cable and some bags, just need to find a good looking head, i do like the one from the Baneblade kit, witha thingie over the eyes, will get a pic later, as for me of to work |

Very cool Storm Trooper idea you got there mate! The Death Korp Grenadier parts fit perfectly... If you're going with the head from the baneblade kit, won't that be rather troublesome if you're making a whole unit of these glory boys? |

pm sent thanks Well look what came from Mr postman! 2 sentinels,  and spare legs and torsos, (will use some of these for the Stormtroopers)  Also a picture of the Stormtrooper! C+C welcome, the heads not glued down yet, as will file some of the neck area away to fit nicely.  |

Looking at the picture, i think the head looks a little too big. Why don't you use the Elysian Resperator Heads instead? I know they may look a little too much like your normal guys, but i think with a little colour variation, they will fit in perfectly My 2 cents DK |

true, well i will try them out or the other thing is to use heads which some one else have used on his vets (cant recall the guys name) with the beret heads from westwind. no update as iv only made up 4 troops ready for the storm troopers, and well made the sentinels, just not glued legs yet as im thnking of re modeling them. Actually, the West Wind Beret heads would look awsome on these guys, makes them 'Stormtroopery' (if there is such a word :D) too. My Avatar? Well, over the past year, i've looked on many forums to do with the hobby, and i nick any cool avatars, and store them in my picture folder. When i feel a change is needed on the Avatar, i just change it to another stolen avatar. Just plain old stealin' DK |
