Digits, the rust on your terrain piece looks great, and i think the painting effects you've used on the whole piece works extremely well. (yes i know i'm being nice, i hate warhammer, but i actually love to see the terrain sets being built from scratch out of junk)

Right, the next one! Just discovered I can do this! Really excited about his very simple terrain piece. Going to be a storage yard with some fuel storage tanks. Will paint the fencing/barbed wire rusty too. ![]()

Christ! Threading that wire was a pain in the backside! But, I think it looks great! Last bit on this tonight as I now have to wait for the milliput to harden before sanding it. Will start on the gates tomorrow.

Deadley, I'm going to use a square piece of plastic sprue for the frame, overlay mesh, then weld a tube to the side like a post hinge. Should do the trick! Need to make some keep out signs. Will add sand tomorrow, then paint it over the weekend. Unfortunately, my tanks (and other goodies) have only just been ordered. Old Crow doesn't tend to be the fastest of deliverers! Then again, they may suprise me! Cheers mate. SC - Cheers bud! |

Updates! Added sand and some gates! I will paint this next then paint and add the tanks / gubbins when it arrives. Couldn't think of an easy lock mechanism, so notice the chain awaiting a padlock! ![]()
