We have a few simple rules here in the AmmoBunker. - We reserve the right to amend the rules at any time. Personal Behaviour - Do not post any message that is deliberately offensive or insulting except when it can clearly be taken in nature as humorous and in the context of the conversation – think first – if you think the person you are talking to may read your post as offensive or aggressive, or that someone else may misread it as being so, either reword it or do not post it at all. Please avoid abusive language and swearing. - Please do not attempt to bypass our swear filters by adding apostrophes. Any clear violations of this will be dealt with swiftly. - Bullying, homophobia, racism and religious hatred will NOT be tolerated and are the quickest way of ensuring that you are expelled from the forum. - Refrain from "trolling" and "flaming" in threads. - Do not use the forum as a means to attack others (whether member or non-member) or other websites, manufacturers and forums. Discussion is encouraged, using the forum to rant and rave will not. - Personal attacks, or attacks on friends of another member are NOT allowed. Anything which is likely to cause offence, be it abusive, malicious, vulgar, defamatory, hateful, seditious, blasphemous, racist or sexually orientated will be deleted by the Moderators and appropriate action taken against the offending member. Remember, we are ALL friends here. - Regarding wellwishers in the event of celebrity and or pop-culture death. Whilst best wishes are perfectly valid and a kind gesture, please do not use these threads as an excuse to voice dislike or aggression toward the character in question. Nor are they a place to make wise, crack jokes or distasteful comments. - Members must not engage in one-to-one arguments, disagreements or disputes of a personal nature. - We are a multi racial / international forum and as such, some people will be using English as a second language. Please be considereate and not pick them up on their improper use of English or their spelling. Saying that, please try to avoid "txt" speech or any other "hard to understand" gibberish! - The views expressed in any message on the Forum are those of the Member who published them and not of the Forum, the website, the Administrators or any other person. - Lukas' mother is a free target for all. Account - Please do not share forum accounts or set up more than one account. Deliberate attempts to have multiple accounts from the same IP will result in a permanent ban. If you wish to have more than one account from the same IP address ( for example, father and son), then please clear that with the moderators first. - Members agree to any personal information they may have submitted to the Forum, the website or the Administrator being stored on a database. Avatars and Signatures - Please ensure that your Avatar does not contravene any of the above points on personal behaviour! - Please also note that your signature should not be more than 10 lines deep. Please refrain from using large pictures in your sig. Threads - When starting a new thread please check you are starting it in the correct area of the forum and that a thread covering the same topic has not already been started. - New threads should be given a title that is relevant to the thread topic. If you want people to know what you are posting about, tell them! - Do not hijack other people’s threads to advertise or to showcase your own work. When giving ideas or suggestions, examples and links are useful and as such are welcome and are to be encouraged but flagrant ego boosting is not. - Please try to stay on topic. Should you come up with a new idea whilst posting on a thread, then make a new one of your own. Posting - Posts should be clear and understandable to all – no ‘txt speak’ or shorthand that might confuse or be misinterpreted. Please remember that we have members from around the globe who may struggle with hard to read postings. - Do not post pointless and irrelevant spam. Banter, humorous comments etc are encouraged but making posts simply to get your name on the board, elevate your thread or to raise your post count will be frowned upon and these posts will be removed. Please avoid thread necromancy and flaming. - Please limit the use of short "Great work man" type messages. They can appear to be spam as identified above or can sometimes just appear "lazy" and "routine". It is good to enthuse and bolster peoples work, but please be a little more considered and forthcoming. Of particular note, these short messages cost us money! - Please refrain from needless, incessant usage of emoticons, line breaks, ALL CAPS, nested quotes, large or ugly fonts and colours. - Criticism is fine as long as it is constructive; do not simply state you do not like something or that someone’s ideas are stupid. If you want to comment do it politely and explain your reasoning. Remember, this forum exists for everyone. - Please avoid violation of copyright or intellectual property. (including posting stat lines or rules quoted directly from rule books.) Please do not download copyrighted material into the forum. - Once you have posted, and you wish to change or add something to your post, use the EDIT button. Please use it to delete double posts. If you have posted your thread in the wrong forum, ask a moderator to move it. - Do not post material that contains adult content, or links to sites that have adult content either on them or as banner ads. Remember this is a Forum that encourages all age groups to join. - We know there are many examples of naked or semi naked figures on the market and these are by and large acceptable when used in context. However, obviously pornographic figures or those performing acts of an adult nature are not allowed in this forum. - Not a rule as such, but please note there is no picture limit per post. Competitions and Voting - Competitions are for the enjoyment of all members of the forum. However, voting rights are reserved for members of a "comrade" status, ie that have posted at least 25 times in our forums. - Any attempts at cheating or deliberate obstructive voting will be swiftly dealt with. Advertising - Please note it is acceptable to place advertising links in our links forum for hobby related services as long as they do not contravene any of our other rules on content. This service is only available for those regular members who have achieved "Comrade" status. - Other than above, if you wish to advertise on this forum, please contact a member of the Administration. Please note that any unauthorised advertising may be removed without explanation. Please note this includes advertising in your signatures, other than drawing attention to any other logs you possess. Trading - Please note we don't allow members to advertise their goods for sale other than to link to any e-bay listing they may have up. - Trading of models and in particular, parts, is however allowed in the "Bitzhunter" forum. This service is open to anyone of Comrade status (ie active members of the forum). Please do ensure you act fairly when entering into a trade, fulfilling your half of the bargain. Moderation - Failure to abide by these simple rules may result in censure or in extreme cases, expulsion from this Forum. - AmmoBunker operates a 'three strikes and you're out' policy. Following each of your first two infringements, your warn level will be altered accordingly. Upon your third infringement, you will be dismissed from the site. Please note that in sever cases, you may still be subject to instant dismissal without notification. Anyone dismissed will have their IP address banned too. Of course we hope it never comes to that - We reserve the right to edit, relocate or remove any topics / posts / images we deem inappropriate or disruptive to our community. Please note that, from time to time, topics may be removed for being inappropriate even though your individual post in that topic may have been fine. Please do not feel this reflects badly on you. Occasionally, information in certain topics can become outdated or contravenes our code of conduct and is best removed. This may result in a slight drop in your post count on the rare occasion we carry this out. - Please help us by reporting any violation of our rules via private message to one of our moderators. - If you have any questions or are having technical problems, these guys are also there to help you. Thank you! Edited by Digits, 5 Oct 2009, 01:26 AM.
