I put in approx 3mm so suspected it might take a little longer. The bottle does say that at this depth it will dry in 24 hours. I've used it before (see the tank farm above) and this was an even thinner layer. It still took a couple of days. One tip for using this (or varnish) for anyone, is to make sure your drying surface is perfectly flat. Seems obvious I know, but even moving the model mid way through drying can upset the layer.
