Aim Ad Hack causing a major crash! HELP!

 I previously had a thinkpad T42 - aim ad hack installs fine on it.

My thinkpad T61 is a whole other story...

When i tried to install it i got a bunch of virus warnings, no big deal. Disabled the antivirus.

After it installs and gets to the "removing adware" stage, every program on my computer crashes and pops up a "send error message" box! It still installs AOL instant messenger with all the ads and everything! It won't uninstall and my virus monitor won't stop going off... What happenend!?!?!!!!!

 PS this program has officially ruined my computer. It now locks up every time I start up. I had ZERO problems before trying to install aim ad hack... Very upset right now.

Version of AIM told to download [if any]
Options selected during install..

 also, i recomend booting to safe mode and doing a system restore to PRIOR to the install of adhack, as im certain this will fix the problem unless you have bigger underlying issues.
