"I like computer AI's better than people. He's certainly a piece of work. Now that he's been laced with a bit of MY programming, he's even more impressive. As for the main and sub systems, it's possible. However, I haven't spent that much time on the systems themselves. I can only estimate that it could work that way. I don't wanna tell Hal to give the boss that message though. The more he processes on regaining the systems and removing this attack worm--" "Worm?" Sessue cut in. "What? You didn't know? This isn't a virus. It may be a cyber attack, but a mere virus couldn't do this kind of damage. There's the firewalls and anti-virus programs, and cyber shields of all sorts. A worm is a hell of a lot more dangerous than a stupid virus. A virus is simply like bacteria that can be easily treated. A worm...that's like a carrier of such a disease, and much much harder to kill. Plus it eats through shields and anti-programs like it's food. And to a worm, it is. It continuously gathers information, and soon the system itself won't attack it because it ate so much information. As the saying goes...you are what you eat." "So, you're saying, this worm is getting stronger the longer it stays in the system?" "Wow, you're pretty fast...for a man," she snorted. |

Johnathan Laughed "one thing computers have in common with the average living species is it can still become sick and infected. besides it was a suggestion. we're going off the assumption he'll restart the system." He went silent for a few moments before speaking again. "we've been in here for a long time." |

Sessue looked up at the lights, squinting slightly. "We have." "Perhaps because there's less systems to depend on, the elevator is much slower," Van put in. Riley snorted. "It's too slow. Are we there yet?!" Sessue stifled an annoyed groan, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Be quiet." "Make me, twat-guzzler," she retorted. There goes another blood vessel. |

"it's an elevator not a high tech piece of processing equipment. we've stopped completely... Hal?" It only took a moment for Hal's voice to echo in the area. "Are we stopped?" "it appears so, in between the second and first floor. I can't seem to find a reason why though. would you like me to open the doors or the emergency roof access?" Tran looked at everyone in the elevator. "both?... please?" "Certainly" Hals voice echoed again as a panel clicked open above them and the door opened to reveal a cement wall. |

Sessue, being the tallest, climbed out, ignoring the doors completely while Riley glared at the cement wall. He reached in for Tran's hand while Van heaved the Doctor up. Riley snorted, shooing off the lesser officer and bounding off the wall and catching the ledge, pulling herself up with minimal effort with Van climbing up after her. |

"well a single flight of ladder climbing is easy, pry the door opened and head out. the problem is going to be getting the equipment back up. Hal can you get the elevators back up by the time we get back?" "I can certainly try Mr. Tran." "Thank you." He started climbing down the ladder made his way to the first basement door, he knew the others would have to open the first floor door and secure the area for them. it should be clear but Tran wasn't going to take that chance. |

Sessue climbed down before the doctor, sliding down most of the way before jumping off and landing with a loud thud. He tried his access code. When denied, he frowned as everyone got down to the floor. Riley walked up to the door, practically drop kicking the offending object. She only caused a dent, and that was not good for Riley, since she was getting angry, kicking it again. Sessue sighed, pushing her aside. "You're doing it wrong." To demonstrate, he properly kicked the door open. "You cheated!" she cried out, indicating to his superhuman strength. "It got the job done. This is where we part. I have to get to the warden. Van, go with them." "Yes sir." "We'll meet back at the elevators. Hopefully they'll be working by then." He left with a swish of his coat. Yes, a swish. "Who the fuck cares about the warden?! Pansy-ass suit." Van turned to them. "Let's go." |

Tran got out and started walking towards the medical centre, before he got there him and Riley would be parting ways as well. the sooner they got what they needed and back the sooner they could set the building up and fortify it. It was going to be a long little war but he wondered how many of the inmates would be caught in the crossfire and if that became the case either they'd fight back or there would be a lot of injured people he wouldn't be able to treat. |

Riley stopped, looking around. "Where's the computer room?" Van stopped as well, confused. "Why?" "I have to get some stuff." "But the Captain--!" "I'm under Jethro's orders, not that vampire's! As far as I know, he overrides almost everyone's commands in this place. Now where is it??" Van sighed. "He's going to kill me. It's down that hall and to the left. You'll recognize it when you see the lab." "Fine." And so she ran off at high speed. Van sighed again, running fingers through his hair. "Are you certain she can be trusted doctor?" |

"Right now I trust her then most people. let her go she'll catch up." In a moment he walked into the medical lab and started looking the place over, emergency lights had kicked in so it was still somewhat decently lit up. He began making a mental checklist in his head and started listing off a verbal checklist to those around him of the equipment and medications he might need. He walked over to his desk and opened the locked drawer on it and opened it. He produced his firearm from it and made sure it was charged and ready to use before holstering it. "aside from the equipment I've listed there shouldn't be anything else we need. I can lock this room from the outside so that should we need to come back here we'll know it's clear. we'll wait for Riley to come back before we leave." |

Van just helped Tran gather any supplies he needed into steel cases. "Is this alright?" He asked, confirming the supplies. The young hacker skidded into the computer room, surprised to find it unlocked before closing the door without actually closing it in case it locked itself and she couldn't get out. Rummaging through the stacks and cabinets of hundreds of HDDs, her scowering eyes eventually landed on their target. "V-I-1817. Gotcha." Stuffing that in her shirt, she began to gather all the necessary gear, finding a trolley and expertly stacking the equipment before strapping them securely. Turning on the lift, it hummed to life and she pulled it out the door, quickly reaching the lab. "I got all the stuff. You two finished in here?" |

"yes were ready to go. you have the hard drive for me? if so give it to me when we get back. alright lets get going." He grabbed his supply boxes and started for the door making sure his key-card was in hand as well so he could lock it behind them he was prepared now for any emergency short of biochemical but that was essentially in impossible factor on the colony. once they were out and the station locked down they started for the main building, Riley and Tran in the middle of the group. "a question if I may and I do expect an honest answer." He didn't wait for his response. "You do not trust Riley do you? and why not? you believe Captain Jethro is out of line?" |

Van was silent for a moment, managing to carry three times as much as Tran. He chose his words carefully, "It's...not my place to decide whether or not Captain Hunt is out of line. My Captain seems to believe so, but, he rarely trusts anybody. He's very strict about rules and protocol, but will go around those rules if it's completely necessary. I don't think Ms. Tombs is...so bad, but she could work on her manners." "My manners are just fine!" she quipped. |

Tran laughed a little at both their responses. "for some reason the term pansy-ass suit comes to mind Riley. besides I think the two Captains are rather good opposites of each other, a balance sort of. Jethro is more a fuck the rules get the job done kind of person where's Sessue is a more by the book, I wrote the book and got it done kind of person. I talk when I get nervous alright." He glanced around at the rest of the group for a moment. he looked ahead of them and saw the main office was only a few hundred feet away from them. at least they'd almost be safe inside again. |

"Which is why I can respect Jethro," Riley remarked easily. Van watched as the doors slid open and he placed the cases on Jethro's desk. "How long will it take to set everything up?" The hacker was already beginning to take the gear off the trolley. "About twenty minutes minimum. I don't know how crappy this equipment is yet." |
