Hey TXC. This is called the Portal, and in the future it could be transformed into a cool home page (there's a board option to have people redirected to the Portal when they visit http://s3.zetaboards.com/TailsXCream_Boards/site/, which I enabled, which is why you're seeing this). But for now, we're just running some tests and seeing what we can do with this thing.
