Posts: 363 Group: Admin Member #2 Joined: October 16, 2007	As I mentioned to many of you before the ballet, I would like to have a series of meetings, to work on what I can do better for next year. Or - we can use this thread to talk about things. If you put your ideas here, I won't take up your time...otherwise I'll start planning meetings. The first people I would like to meet with (or hear from) are Lily, Carrina, Hailey and Emily (and any other leads) - I don't need much of your time. Maybe 1/2 an hour...just to hear from you what went good and what would make things better for you. The second group of people I would like to hear from are the teachers - Megan, Nikki and Danielle. Again, any feedback would be great - what was better, what still needs more work...anything at all. Finally I will meet with Donna and Morgan to review all aspects of the show, and set goals with them. It would really help to hear from you before I meet with them. Here are some of my observations - Things I liked 1. Overall, this was 1000% easier than last year. 2. Having a set time to rehearse on Saturday mornings worked much better than before. 3. Having this board to communicate seemed helpful...and will continue to improve communications. Things to change 1. Full cast runthrough dates need to be posted earlier 2. I need to MAKE the time to visit classes (I said I would this year, but didn't do enough) 3. All music needs to be on the iPod prior to the full cast runthroughs, as it will be used in the show. 4. We need to promote more and sell more tickets!!!!
