Posts: 769 Group: Members Member #645 Joined: March 20, 2009	the bbc ticker has just said 'Ruthless music industry manager and the man many blame for the break up of the Beatles, Alan Klein dies aged 77. I never had the much of a hatred for him really. John hired him and Ringo and George went along with him. I've always thought John screwed up on that, but does anyone really believe they'd have lasted much longer anyway. I don't.

Yes, I suppose I feel the same way Doris, despite his unscrupulous ways. He died of Alzheimer's disease - such an insidious disease.

Posts: 305 Group: Members Member #158 Joined: July 6, 2006	Allan Klein leaves a mixed legacy. He may have gotten more money for the lads in the short term, but I think Lee Eastman would have taken better care of them in the long run. He helped make Paul insanely rich on his own!
	I never noticed his nose till about six months ago!
