On holiday two weeks ago one of the events for the evening was a Beatles quiz. Of course I had to enter that. :D Teams were to be no more than six people, mine was two and my wife answered none. The quiz was alternate guess the song and a question.

I got 27 out of 29. After marking the girl asked a show of hands for those with 25 or more. I was the only one :yahoo:

Of the two questions I got wrong one I thought I mis-heard and the other one their answer was wrong!

One was : 'Who was the Beatles manager from 1961'? Of course I put Brian Epstein, but as she was asking the question I was signing for a drink and later thought she said ' Who was the Beatles manager BEFORE 1961'? so I changed it to Alan Williams

The other question was ' Where did The Beatles play their last concert?
I put Candlestick Park, San Francisco. The answer they had was The Apple roof. I told the girl after that the roof-top was a performance, not a concert. but as I won I was happy enough. :D
With every mistake we must surely be learning.

Congrats! I agree with you - the rooftop performance wasn't a concert. It may have been the last time they played live together, but Candlestick Park is definitely their last concert.
