clare , i just shared this thread with my sister, she is going to have the lap band surgery herself if all goes well
she has the co-morbidities of high blood pressure, sleep apnea and back problems. hopefully she will benefit like you have

and heidi, i am so impressed, i realize what a huge transformation that you have undergone........ and so well worth it when it comes to health advantages

me i am just suffering along with jenny craig, losing a little bit at a time, but my running is up to 5-6 miles a few times a week so hopefully what i am keeping on me becomes more muscle and less fat

Losing a little bit at a time is the best way to do it, Audrey. Keep it up. :)

I have been working on the application for the University of Chicago Hospital to have the Lapband surgery. Now i have to see where I filed it. I refuse to have the gastric surgery, too invasive and not reversible.

Clare ~ I happy to read your doing so well. Keep it up.

Audrey ~ Hope you lost a few more pounds and inches. Slowly is the way to keep it off.

Heidi ~ I didn't realize you had the surgery also. Plus you had the second stage done too. You and Clare are my inspiration.

PEACE and love to my friends, Judy
