I have done this in another Beatles forum and it's fun! So, I will start with a nice, easy one... What's John's middle name? |

The one he was born with. (I don't think he was allowed to get rid of his real middle name, although he wanted to...) |

He was born John Winston Lennon. He officially changed his name to John Ono Lennon not long after he married Yoko. Yes, he was allowed to! |

Who introduced Paul to John ? Also - I don't really know the answer to the next question, I am just curious to know. Why did Paul decide to go and see the Quarrymen? I have heard two different stories: - He had a date but decided to call it off to go and see the band because he had heard of them. - He wasn't that interested but someone convinced him to go, by saying that concerts were a good opportunity to meet girls. |

Ivan Vaughan invited Paul to see his band The Quarrymen at the Woolton Parish Fete on July 6, 1957 (fifty years ago this year). Paul decided to go, and Ivan introduced him to John. |

Cool!
New question: where did the band perform between the summer of 1958 and 1959? |
