This game gives you ten minutes to name as many states of America as you can - no cheating!

I know this is a little unfair to our non-US friends, but I only missed two.
I don't believe in Bondi. I don't believe in rugby league. I believe in Yoko, John Lennon, the Lost Weekend and me.

I missed 12! :o Some pretty obvious ones, too, and as I was scanning the map of the U.S. in my head I left out Alaska and Hawaii because they're always in the little box in the corner. :P How embarassing!

I think I might have thought of more with more time. Yeah, excuses, excuses... ;)

I'm ashamed to say I thought I was doing pretty well with 31 at the 4 minute mark, but in the next six minutes I only managed to get five more. Naturally, I kicked myself when I saw what I'd missed. I checked twice to be sure that I had all the "New" states, but I still forgot New Mexico! :duh:

I think I may have cheated. In fifth grade, my class learned a song with the 50 states, in alphabetical order. I still remember it

I named them all with 6:25 leftover time. Louisiana slowed me down. I had to spell it 3 different ways.

I had a hard time with state number 50, but I got it with 3:37 to go. It was Indiana.

I found them all. Weird. I used to play a version of hangman on the pc when I was younger and the answers were all states of america, so I guess I learn them all from that. Wyoming, now that's a weird word.

I got 24. Living in England I may be excused. My mind went blank as well. I should have got Arizona (been there) and several others.
In fact I went to the US last March 11th. 1 year today. A lovely Country.
With every mistake we must surely be learning.

I AM THE BIGGEST JOHN FAN!
I forgot Delaware

I tried to do it by dividing the country into geographic regions and started with the East Coast since I live there and the one state I forgot is on the east coast. Go figure!
You say you want to save humanity but it`s people that you just can`t stand
John came to me in a dream and this is what he said. "I had a vision of a man on a flaming pie, and he told me that Betsy with a B not Lisa with a L is the biggest fan of mine". John trumps 'the boss' !

I did it with 3 minutes and 27 seconds to spare. I must say helping my grandson with his homework was what enabled me to complete the test. We learned by alphabetizing the states.

Aww, I wish I could teach you grandson the "50 nifty United States" song. It really comes in handy (sometimes ;) )
