Not yet ... it's only 'bout 4 pm PST at the moment, and it's not due to be visible over here for a couple of hours. If you get the chance though take some photo's and post 'em ... it'd be way cool. ^_^

Well don't be sad ... sometimes it's cool to just soak up the event without doncha think? I mean ... if you were sitting there behind a camera lens, it'd be the camera lens that you'd be seeing and not the actual event. You could stare at the camera lens anytime right?

Lunar eclipses are pretty darned righteous, little reminders of the shadow of the earth that's always there just looming darkly and without a canvas. Glad you got to enjoy the thing ... with a clear vantage and everything. :)

Only saw bits and pieces of it because of cloud cover. Next one is Aug 28th. Front row for that one will be Australia, east Asia and Alaska all of whom were coincidentaly shut out of tonight's show. :(

I couldn's see because I live on the west coast of the United States. Damn, would've taken out my digital slr and taken some piccies. Oh well, it's been windy and partly cloudy (now fully cloudy) so not sure if I could have had a stable camera anyway.

We had a wonderfully clear night during the eclipse. Unfortunately it was not at all visible here.
