"Summer of 59" is a cool little ditty, but Paul should have worked on the lyrics a bit harder. I loved the version of "Beautiful Night" with Paul and Ringo clowning around. This is a really cool thread!!! That's my comment! |

On the topic of Get Back and taking the p*ss, here's the infamous "no Pakistanis" version of Get Back. http://www.mytempdir.com/1161980 It was obviously very early in the song's gestation and it should also be noted that this was around the time of Enoch Powell's anti-multiculturalism speeches so it was most likely a commentary on that. |

Wow thanks guys for these.Very cool.I've always loved the version of beautiful Night with Paul and Ringo messing about its very funny.I'd never heard the earlier version of Beautiful Night but its alright.the released version is def better |
