I mentioned it on a few other threads yesterday and it seems quite a few people like it so maybe it needs it own thread. So what did everyone think of last nights new one? |

Yes I watched last nights episode, Baby David has grown. Hehe
Was very sad at the end, and like Sue Johnston and Ricky Tomlinson said, the writers are great.

I think it's amazing how they got nearly the whole cast back seeing has how so many of them have gone on to do really well. |

Exactly, at its no frills etc, just great storylines and acting etc. The guy from The Full Monty was in it too. |

Damn, I missed it. I've got a house guest so haven't been checking the TV schedules. Maybe it'll be on my digital cable 'replay' for the next week... hopefully! Nobody has mentioned whether it was actually funny or not - it was a comedy, right?

There's a new series? Brilliant! I love the show and I think it's partly because I'm so far away from it. When I watch Kath and Kim, I think I know how it must feel to be a Manc watching the Royle Family. Kath and Kim is a brilliant show but I just can't watch it. I know too many people like that - it's too real! I think if I were from Manchester, I'd hate the Royle Family and love Kath and Kim. |

Just a one off special. Lets not mention that Nana died everyone so as not to spoil it for Bill. |

Of all the things I could say about a trainspotting Dr Who fan.... I'm spoilt for choice really!

Yeah - like me. Kath and Kim actually makes me uncomfortable - I keep thinking "Oh my God! I'm Kim!" I haven't seen an episode of The Royle Family, I might give it a go. |

So long as you don't pronounce it "Ommagourd!" you're alright.
For those who haven't seen it, the definitive line from Kath & Kim: Sharon (Kim's best friend and doormat): Geez Kim, you look like a bit of a fashion victim. Kim: Well thank you Sharon. I do try. |

It was funny, but sad too if that makes sense. It was worth a watch. Two hours of great television provided by the BBC. (Torchwood on BBC Three after at 10pm). And I don't watch that much TV.
