I have just discovered this programme and it's amazing and Keifer Sutherland is FIT! I am mid way thorugh the third series and was weary about making this post for fear that someone might give something important away - but HOW GOOD IS THIS SHOW!? P.S: How rubbish is it that on the DVD menu they put pictures that really give away the storylines? What's that about?! |

I have been into this show since day one and it's one of my favorites. It is a very good show in my opionion. It just won Emmys for best drama and Keifer finally won best actor in a drama after having many previous nominations. I've found that I have to give it my undivided attention while watching since it is very fast moving. |

I just told my husband last night that we must me missing out on something by not watching 24. He had never even heard of it. If it doesn't come on the Outdoor Channel, ESPN, or CNN we usually miss it |

It's shown here on FOX, Tassy, but they have the series on DVD now, too, so maybe you could find it for rental. |

I've been renting it. It's the best way. If you watch it on TV it takes 24 weeks to see it all and that's a lot of commitment, but renting the box set means you end up watching about 4 hours a night for three or four nights and then it's done. Amazing! And great if you're poor like me  |

My oldest son has been watching this series since day one and keeps telling me I'd love it. I don't have time so I don't think I'll start. I only make time for Sopranos, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and now Enterouge! Maybe someday I'll catch up on it on dvd. |

I don't watch it either, but all the hype is getting me interested. I am not much of a TV person. 98% of it is crap |

98%? Which 2% isn't crap? I'm kidding. I'm addicted to a show you'd probably think was crap. Ever heard of Wife Swap? |

I totally agree!! When it comes on we don't answer the phone and yell to let the other know it is back on when one of us is out of the room during commercials. I have started watching this since the 2 season. I love this show and can't wait until January. Tassy, I like Wife Swap. I watch it and Super Nanny on occasion but you have to watch at least one episode of 24, like the season opener or you won't really know what's going on. How many more days until January????

I haven't watched any of them - but must confess to being intrigued about it... especially as it has proved to be so popular. We may have to rent it to see what the fuss is all about. We're just getting into 'House' starring Hugh Laurie - what a top programme!

My opinion is, if you like House, you'll love 24. We watch both shows. 24, though is a lot more intense and less predictable but I do love House. |

My husband and I are addicted to 24. We started watching in the 3rd season. When it was over we realized we better catch up on season 1 and 2. We were like crack addicts. I drove all over town one night to get the next couple of episodes. Our local Blockbuster didn't have it so I went to 3 other shops to find it. It was crazy but it was fun. I don't watch much TV, except I do like the reality shows like Rockstar Supernova (and I don't even like that type of music) but 24 is a must watch for us. And for those that are like me and don't like violence on TV, for some reason I can accept it for this show. oh yea and Keifer is hot! |

I'm the same....it really is like a drug! The only thing I don't like is the torture...it's pretty sick sometimes. Other than that the violence is acceptable. And it's soooo thrilling - literally edge of your seat stuff...I always watch a minimum of four a night and sometimes we go and rent more coz I literally can't bear to not know!! Me and my boyfriend have a "Bauer Kills" tally - if he kills over thirty people then he wins, under then I win. We're half way through and so far I'm winning - just!

We own all of the seasons. When the weather turns bad and we get snowed in, we have24 marathons! Mariele I would vote for David Palmer in a second! We actually started watching 'The Unit' (excellent program!) just because of him. |

The one advantage to having the show start in January is there are no repeats. The show Lost is learning a bit from that and is starting in October instead of Sept. I agree, David Palmer would rock as a President!! |

I LOVE 24!!!! People always used to talk about it and I was like "yeah whatever" and then my boyfriend and I decided to take the plunge and watch it - quite a commitment! - and watched the first four series pretty much back to back, averaging about four episodes a night. We got through it in about two months! So, my boyfriend is in india now (I'm going to visit him in two weeks) and when he comes home at the end of Feb we are buying Season 5 and watching it together. So excited. Although I am angry with the advertising here in London as in the first three seconds of the trailer it gives away A HUGE secret from season5 and I think it's vital that it's all a surprise. I would like to marry Jack Bauer. Or Keifer Sutherland if he would play Jack Bauer in bed!
