Are there any fans here? I think my signature gives it away that I am a big fan and have been for some time. :D

I AM THE BIGGEST JOHN FAN!
I do like Fraz Ferdinand. I haven`t heard a lot of their stuff, but my 14 year old daughter is starting to get into them, so I`m sure I will get to listen to more and more. I don`t mind that she cranks the volume way up so long as its music I like too. lol, and so far she is coming on board with a lot of the same musical tastes as mine.
You say you want to save humanity but it`s people that you just can`t stand
John came to me in a dream and this is what he said. "I had a vision of a man on a flaming pie, and he told me that Betsy with a B not Lisa with a L is the biggest fan of mine". John trumps 'the boss' !

They are great and very very very good live.

I think there 2nd album was better than their first as well but they are both very good.
I'm a BIGGER Beatles fan than you and I'm an even BIGGER Wings fan than that...
'You're a Paul McCartney fan? No you're a Wings fan'. 'Thankyou Scotland' Ho Hey Ho...

Well I still love them and can't wait to see them again live in London on the 23rd August - their last gig before Reading and Leeds festivals and before they take their break.
I wish I had their Top of the Pops performance of 'Eleanor Put Your Boots Back On' on my computer.

Hey Jude

Well, I own their two albums and they are both excellent, so I readily admit to being a fan. ^_^

Both albums are fantastic. 3 more weeks until their gig at The Venue in Kentish Town. I can't wait. :D

That's a small - er - venue for them to play... is it a special gig or just part of a tour?

Its a one off gig before they do Reading and Leeds and was announced not long ago. Ive never been to that venue but should be great but sad as they will be taking a break - for how long I do not know.

Have you been to The Venue befre in Kentish Town Andy? I don't know if Lauren is as excited as I am (she had written that she is also going to this gig) but I am really excited. :D

No, I haven't, but I know that it's a very 'intimate' venue for a band as big as Franz. ;)
