This is a thread for us to express our love for our partners, our friends, our families and anyone who deserves your love.
I'll start. I love all of the people here who have become such an important part of my life. I love them for their friendship, kindness, for caring and for often putting a smile on my face when the last thing I ever thought I'd do at that moment in time would be to smile. Thank you all, I love you! I especially love Fiona, who gets the kind of love only reserved for her... the kind that nobody else has ever got from me. She's the most special and wonderful person to me - the love of my life. Spread the love, people!
|
| ...and in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make. | |

Great topic Andy! I love God. First and foremost. I am a weak Christian and do not deserve the blessings I have, but He sees fit to look beyond my fault and see my need. I love my family. My husband is my rock. He's the one I lean on. My best friend, my protector, my lover, the father of my baby. He's a great man who comes along only once in a lifetime. My kids are my world. I can't say enough about my babies. I love my mom. She taught me well, and her words stick with me to this day. I love STRAWBERRY FIELDS! I love Andy and Fiona for giving us Macca transplants somewhere to express ourselves freely! There are some very special people here. Some I am closer to than others, but I really enjoy you all. Is that enough love for now?

Well, I was about to send a group email to my friends about this... I have some very close friends who I'm very lucky to have and they know who they are. I love some of these people as if they're my family as I don't actually have any family. And I love my partner too. I won't say too much about him as I respect our privacy, but those who know me, I'm sure you can see the difference he's made to my life. |

I love my partner. I'll be like Lauren here and not say a lot more publicly except that he is a wonderful man. I love my family, my cats (my two kids), and my friends. The friends include both friends in my real life and friends in my internet world. I love Strawberry Fields and all the wonderful people I've met here. |

Well, here's another clue for you all, the Walrus was Paul...
|
I love my family...most and foremost my husband (26 years this Aug) and my 2 absolutely incredible sons. Whenever I feel sad or get upset about anything, all I have to do is look at my boys and know that I did OK... I love my friends...especially my "best" friend Pam, who always is there for me through EVERYTHING. We even had our first babies just hours apart and ended up in the same hospital room! We were the talk of the hospital! I don't know what I would do without her. And I've come to love this forum...and all the wonderful people who don't really 'know' me...but who gave me so much support and compassion when I lost my dog...and are always there to give encouragement and kindness to anyone who needs it. Andy and Fiona...you done good! |

I love my little girl with all that I have, and it breaks my heart to see her ill.
I love my MUM! She has been my rock since I've been a single parent, and I don't know what I'd do without her. I love my brother and sister. All the best in Birmingham, little brother, make sure you call and say hello every so often. I wish my sister would come home. I miss her. |
| I don't believe in Bondi. I don't believe in rugby league. I believe in Yoko, John Lennon, the Lost Weekend and me. | |

Anna, I know you're got a lot of love both for people and from people!
I love Andy. He gives my life meaning and makes me feel that rare kind of excitement and happiness daily, just because he is so loving and fun and makes me dream about the future. I feel like we've overcome a lot and become so much stronger and I surprise myself sometimes at how much I miss him when he's away. He's my salvation and I feel so close to him. Nothing can stop that feeling. Now, if only he could magically give me the confidence to go out and get a life! I love my mom and my dad. I miss my dad terribly and wish so much that I hadn't taken his quiet and loving nature for granted. I hope he knew how much I really did care and how much I think about him now. My mother has quickly become my hero and best friend (besides Andy, that is!) and I hope that my daughter likes me as much as I like my mother, although we went through some really rough patches - she handled them so well. I hope she finds happiness. I love my cats, especially Reepicheep. I've already had a brother and a son because of him. I can really feel the unbreakable bond between us that I never expect to feel again with another cat. All three of them are so unique with such strong personalities and I miss them a lot. I hope they don't forget me and do live a long and fulfilled life. I love my friends. I don't feel like I have many at the moment because I am quite the hermit and not very good and making and keeping them, but the amazing thing is that I have a few from many years ago who I know that I could pick up and call at any moment and receive unlimited love and support from. That's special. I love the friends I have made here and appreciate all the members of Strawberry Fields, probably more than some people would realize. I'd be there for any of you if you ever needed my sorry excuse for 'help' but until then I enjoy posting with you and laughs and knowledge you pass on. Thank you for joining. I love The Beatles. I love the confidence and excitement and guidance they have given me. The times when it felt like they saved my life. They were the reasons for some of the best times of my life. You guys will never understand what you have meant to me but thanks anyway. I think that'll be all for now.

I love my family, esp my parents and my grandmother. My mom and dad are my biggest supporters on anything I do and encourage me to do anything I want. My grandmother has inspired me to be anything I want to be for she went for her dreams and didn't be the typical 50's housewife. I love my boyfriend for the support he has given when I had been stressed in finding a job and helped me fight the discouragement. I love him for how he's calmly dealt with all of the troubles he had gone through for the past year and how strong he's been. I love him for all the laughter he's given and the comfort and ease he's put me in. Everyday I discover something new to love about him and it just amazes me. Thank you, ma, dad, granma, and most of all Skip. |

I love God - he has given me so many wonderful things (people, opportunities, experiences etc) I love my parents - they truly are the best. I'm very happy and proud to call them my best friends. They have both given me so much love and I wouldn't be who I am without them I love my nearly husband - he is much more than just my partner, my best friend, my confidant, my lover, my nearly husband and father of my child. I love my unborn baby - he/she means a lot to me and I feel this sense of overwhelming love for my baby which grows day by day and will continue to. I can't describe how this love feels but i'm sure other mothers know what I mean I love our rabbit - she can be a little mischief maker but the love I have for her is like the love you have for a child I love the rest of my family - like the people I have listed above, they are always there for when I need them And finally, I love all of my friends - my ones close to home, the ones i've known since I was a baby, the ones i've met on forums and sites like this and to everyone that knows me, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!! And don't forget, LOVE IS ALL WE NEED! |

I love my sweet husband, who is practically a saint for putting up with ME. I love our wonderful daughter, the light of our life. I love our families who are both supportive and kind. I love our friends, who are always there for us both and amuse us endlessly with their antics. I love the Beatles, who are practically magical as they have brought a lot to my life. Not the least of which is this lovely board which I love more each day, and the people on it, who are SUCH a cool bunch that I hang out with you all everyday much more than I should. |

I dont get the whole football thing. How can it be a sport when they only play about 12 games a year? I would be more impressed with football if they played 55 games a year and at least twice a week. Then they wouldnt be so fat and the competition would be more intense. |
