I like Gilligan's Island.

Do you fancy MaryAnn or Ginger......or Gilligan?

:hyper: I'd like to try both at once. But, if I have to choose one, Ginger...although I do have MaryAnn days.

Lovey Howell wasn't so bad looking herself.

I think the inference is that if Olen posts nothing in a thread about things we don't know, then there is nothing we don't know.

I won a drawing competition to promote looking after your teeth when I was 6 years old & had my work exhibited in the local dentist - I was so proud! When I visited my dentist, years later, for an appointment - probably when I was about 17 - someone at the dentists obviously thought it would be a great idea to redisplay the 'artwork' from that competition and I saw my 'masterpiece' there on display once more. It was terrible. :P

...and in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.

Let's see...something that you don't know about the King...

I am considered to be a leading authority (if not the leading authority) in the "green" cleaning (Environmentally preferable) industry (in the U.S.A.). I am personally responsible for converting many large corporations and institutions from conventional cleaning (harmful to both environment and humans) to "green" cleaning. I get tremendous satisfaction from what I do because I really do make a difference.

I like this thead...come on and share something else about yourself that we don't know.

I once got my tongue stuck in a soda bottle, my hair in a typewriter, my head in a pan, my leg in a wrought iron fence, oh and my whole body in the bathroom window breaking into my own house :P

The fire department loves me!

Weren`t you naked when you got stuck in the window? :D

Well...damn near. Remember wrap around skirts...well this one came rather unraveled during the mishap...lol.

You may be thinking of when I went jogging in the rain, changed my soaking wet clothes in the garage with the door open and got a visit from someone selling meat from a truck. I didn't have time to do anything but jump into my car naked and talk to him from a crouching position from the front seat.

ROFLMAO!!! .. oh sh*t, these are all just too f*cking greaat!!

Roflmao Barb.

When my youngest daughter was a baby she had been sick with things running out of her from both ends all night. I had laundry piled up the height of a mountain and had had no sleep to boot. We had a diaper delivery service and it was the day for the fresh batch to be delivered. I was standing in my kitchen doing some dishes and the baby started vomitting again. I was cleaning the mess and she blew like a volcano all over me. So I pulled off my gown and was thus completely in the buff at the same time that the diaper man opened the door off the mud room to put the clean diapers inside. I just stood there and said, well how are you this morning Cliff thought it was about time we got to know each other a little better.

LMAO!

if you mean the actor as in dark haired b*stard who kissed the blessed MICHELLE PFIEFER in "Gillian on 37th Birthday", then i HATE him.

It wasa filum that ewasn't released here in the theatres and subsequently on video. I saw it and taped it on the sat and the performances are far better than Dangerous Minds , for example, the lady Michelle is me fav.

Whilst I don't think Peter should have told you to 'grow up' - not exactly diplomatic, was it - he was only calling your cousin a 'b*stard' as a joke because he kissed Michelle Pfieffer and Peter was 'jealous'. It wasn't serious, but you took him seriously and, I suspect, annoyed him. Peter could, perhaps, have been a little more patient and explained himself.
...and in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.

I have strabismus...

so does my 7 year old daughter - and ambliopia. She wears a patch on her good eye for 2 hours every day.

when I was during all waking hours. And I was allergic to the adhesive...

Thusly, I gave up the patch thing and am now living under bad eyestrain. Make sure she wears it. It may seem annoying at the time, but it'll definately help. ;)

My Mojo had Strabismus surgery this year. It helped her a lot. And one way to make it fun to wear a patch that wasn't available when I had it is to buy cute little custom ones. Or, if you can sew any at all, let her pick out the ones she wants and make it for her. Josie loved that!

I had a surgery to allign my eyes when I was about a year old. Unfortunately, the doctor was terrible and my eyes are still outta whack.

I'm glad Josie's went well ;) I was going to have the surgery again, but my mom wanted a second opinion... now I fear I'll never be able to look up with my left eye...

I can tie a cherry stem into a knot with my tongue.

I'd already posted that here earlier.

It is something to be proud of Chad. I can do it too! It used to be a real man grabber at the bars. (In my wilder days)

Then you should have no trouble tying my stem in a knot. ;)

Most of the time, I think I'm a bit of a walking oxymoron.

Take the 'oxy' away and you've got a perfect description of me. :(
