(I think it's been on tv - unless my time zone calculations are wrong :P). Seems to be some mixed press reviews on gateworld. What did you think? It's on Sky1 in the UK next week apparently. I'll be working so I'll have to remember to record it. |

I finally watched it this morning. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's definitely different than the other SG series. It was a good combination of funny but serious and it seems like it will have a great ensemble cast. I'm hoping the rest of the season will be as good as the premiere. I honestly wasn't very interested in ever watching it when the idea first came out, but my friend decided she wanted to see it after she went to the panel at comic con.

I watched the first hour yesterday (had to Sky+ it since I was working on tuesday), found it quite enjoyable. Not going to form a firm judgement yet, since I haven't seen the rest of the episode. I might have to watch the first hour again since I spent half of it trying to silence my boyfriend (who watched it, quite enjoyed it, and tried to tell me what happened before I saw it!). So far it's not looking as good as SG1/Atlantis but I'll give it a chance. |

I watched the premiere and was not impressed. The only character that I like is Eli. Everyone else seems cold and hateful, and it's not because of what's happening to them because Eli is in the same situation and he not like that. Anyway, the ending left me interested to see what's going to happen but I still haven't seen the next two shows. I have them recorded and plan to watch them eventually in order to see if I like it any better. |

wow 4 shows already .... as I previously mentioned I watched the 2 hour premier and was not all impressed by it. Am glad to read that others are enjoying it. More power to the franchise. |
