A flashback in the mind of one sVo superstar, "Hollywood" Howie Banks occurs. Two years around the same date that Howie Banks must climb back into the lion's den. This time, it is with Psyko Stevo, a man who is on a mission to reclaim his sVo World Championship. He goes up against a man who has experience in this type of match up. Sunday, May 21st, 2006 from Wichita, Kansas was Headstrong Wrestling's pay-per-view Live From Deaths Doors. Howie Banks at the time being known as Hoju took on a man he had a huge feud with known as Stuvix.

The two men tore down the house that night. HSW voted it as being the match of the year, not to mention the match of the night. It was all about who the better man was. It was ultimately for the HSW Junior Heavyweight Championship that Hoju had currently been holding onto. A title in which he actually defeated Stuvix for. The rematch was made and everybody was talking. Every time these two men faced, it was gold. But this time it wasn't just for glory or passion, not even really about the gold. This time things were - personal.

Many types of matches, sometimes called "concept" or "gimmick matches" in the jargon of the business, can be found in the performing art that is professional wrestling.

Some of them are especially crowd pleasing and occur relatively frequently, while others are developed so as to advance a storyline, and thus, such match types are used rarely. Specific match types in professional wrestling are often notable due to either their frequent use, logistics of setup, or a memorable instances of such a match. Often, specialty matches are used as a finale to a popular or infamous storyline.

Because professional wrestling's existence has spanned over one hundred years, and many things in it have been recycled, many gimmick match types are actually variations of previous gimmick matches, match types can be organized in to several loose groups. The following is a list of common or otherwise notable match types.

The Lion's Den match aimed to mimic the look and feel of mixed martial arts matches. A sloping, angular, steel cage is set up, with rules stating that the only way to achieve victory was through knock out or submission.

Already had arrived to the arena is Howie Banks. The sVo ring crew set up and is ready to go. "Hollywood" Howie Banks lies down across the canvas inside the lion's den that is surrounded all around him. Two years to the date Howie knows what it's like to be in this type of match. As he lies across the ring mat and looks around, memories continue to come back to him.

Hoju springboards off the lion den cage and back at Stuvix with a missile drop kick! What a move as the fans are going crazy. It looks as if Hoju has this one he thinks.

My god how did he do that? It’s been a back and forth match up as both men are all bloody. Who will win and take home the HSW Junior Heavyweight Championship?

The match continues as Hoju looks to apply the dragon clutch submission maneuver. Stuvix however rolls around and he grabs Hoju’s arm out from under him, that could of popped it!

Stuvix now has him in an arm bar submission maneuver. He looks to break his arm! Here it comes, this could be it!

Banks: “At that moment all I could think of was, don’t tap out, don’t tap out, everything’s just fine, you got this, you got this under your control, Hoju.”

SNAP!

OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

OH GOD!!!

Here is your winner and NEW HSW JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, STUVIX!

Banks: “And before I knew it, I tapped out.”

Howie lays on the ring mat with his eyes closed, trying to remember what more happened.

Banks: “My arm had been broken and it was either have my arm broken or tap out. They both happened.”

He shakes his head.

Banks: “It was a tough loss for me. I lost a lot of my confidence, a lot of my fans and I lost my title belt that night.”

He opens his eyes.

Banks: “But here I am, stronger then ever. Here I am, in the sVo.”

He pauses.

Banks: “So this goes out to Stuvix where ever he may be.”

He sits up and cracks a smile.

Banks: “Thank you.”

He couldn’t believe he just said that.

Banks: “Thank you for making me stronger. You were at the time my toughest opponent, but we all know that months later when I returned, I became an even bigger star than you and I won the Television Championship. Since then, I’ve found myself here in the Sanctioned Violence Wrestling Organisation. I’ve captured two championship titles. One of which I hold currently. But it’s not about me and you Stuvix, we have had our battles, that is in the past.”

Howie now goes and crawls into a corner of the lions den cage.

Banks: “The point I am trying to make is that this Sunday I go back through hell once more. Psyko Stevo…”

He takes a long pause.

Banks: “What can I say man? We’ve been through a lot together. I’m not sure what to make of this match since we all know why were both in it against each other. Because the paper champion known as Mike Polowy is in charge while the other authorities are out of commission. But that’s okay, because I wouldn’t mind seeing how good I’ve gotten since our last fight at Destiny. I came close to capturing at the time YOUR sVo World Championship. This time you hold no title belt, too bad for me, eh?”

He chuckles.

Banks: “My point is Stevo, we will face each other one on one for the third time in sVo history. So far you hold a 0-2 record on me. This time come Showdown, I plan to make it 1 to 2. All I can say is best of luck, watch your back for anything the paper champion has planned and I’ll see you this Sunday night on Showdown, buddy.”

Howie stands up now and walks in the center of the ring. He looks around him and the structure he is inside.

The End.
