When Push Turns To Shove; RP#2VSSTORYTELLER

Brock Alyas
sVo Champion
[ * * * * ]
The scene pans into the overhead landscape of downtown Las Vegas. The heart of Las Vegas. The casinos, the strip clubs… you could literally see the amount of business this small city collects and it’s not hard to identify what it’s all about. Money. Some say money is power and some say money buys happiness. It’s rare, but occasional that you’ll hear money is freedom.

So is the ability to speak for yourself.

Upon the first promotion cut by one of Michael Morgan’s loser “orderLIES”, supposed to have been spoken for the Storyteller, speculation would more than likely be that Brock Alyas would be on his wits end, with veins popping from his head and mortification filling his mind after the mention of his wife and son. But instead, Alyas is overlooking the landscape of the city he will soon represent, all thanks to the spokesperson for the Storyteller.

The promotion for Storyteller was well-directed and scripted. It was a complete turn of the tables in-terms of the Storyteller and the type of promotions he cuts. Almost like they didn’t know what they had coming and had to invest all sorts of money into trying to win this match? He has never focused on an opponent before, or even tried bashing the past that’s been ever so shared with the entire world. No, instead Storyteller’s spokesperson had the nerve to insult Brock on situations he could not control, other peoples actions he could not prevent.

These are the decisions and words of a scared man. Maybe Storyteller himself isn’t scared, but you can bet your ass all the “orderLIES” around Morgan’s psycho-dwelling were biting their nails at the finishing words of Brock’s last promotion. Hell, Brock didn’t need to say a word and yet the idiots played right into what they should have desperately tried to avoid.

You could almost consider this up-coming match a game of chess, if you will. You have the dominant player (Brock) making his first moves and challenging his opponent (Morgan). However, Morgan isn’t playing alone, it’s like he has another person shadow-casted over him, making all the moves and decisions for him. Unfortunately, they made the move Brock wanted them to make and… checkmate was the final outcome. And the Storyteller was forced to pay the consequences of his orderlies’ mistakes.

Much like the ending of the story to be told this weekend…

Brock’s chosen to avoid the cowardly insults of things Storyteller cannot control. He however did have a couple things to say for himself this week…

The scene is focused in on the downtown scene of Las Vegas or more commonly referred to as Sin City. Dealers, Pimps, Hookers, Gamblers… you name it, they’re here. It looks like a poor rendition of a Rockstar© Grand Theft Auto video game. The type of environment where it’s kill or be killed, dog eats dog type idea.

The type of environment that’s screaming for a representative. Screaming for a champion to be crowned to represent the type of lifestyle. A champion that must be represented by somebody whose been out and got what he wanted. Somebody whose been on the streets grindin’. Somebody who understands the people of Las Vegas. Somebody who knows what it takes to be a forced to be reckoned with.

Brock Alyas is overlooking his balcony of his seventh story apartment in essence at what’s going on around him, freshly from watching the Storyteller’s most recent promotion. He’s reflecting on his life, his morals, the outcomes and the hardship he’s had to go through. He looks to be deep in thought; however it’s tough to catch the man in any other state of mind.

“It’s come to my immediate attention that Storyteller’s representatives think they’re comedians trying to verbally attack actions of others and outcomes beyond my control,”

Brock chuckles.

“It’s also come to my attention that Storyteller’s representatives must not have gotten the memo sent out to any opponent whose about to step in the ring with Brock Alyas,”

Brock once again collects himself from a brief series of laughter.

“Normally, you’d think I’d be tossing and turning, destroying everything in arm’s reach and I’ll admit, I should be. Instead, I actually enjoyed their flip on Comedy Central. I got a couple good laughs because what they don’t and Storyteller doesn’t understand is that I have them, most specifically Morgan, himself in check. That’s right, I’ve got them right where I want them,”

“That stupid fuck played right into my game plan and I expected nothing less. Storyteller wasn’t anywhere to be seen, yet his loud-mouth crony that spoke for him, spoke words that would have the Nevada Police Department finding his body in the river tomorrow morning. But, like I said I’ve turned over a new leaf and I’m not longer that Brock Alyas anymore,”

“Sure, he’ll most likely come back and use the fact that I, at one point in my life was in love with money. At one point, I would ruin people’s lives to gain success. He’ll probably try and rub it in my face that it’s my fault and for the most part he’s right. I wouldn’t expect any less from Storyteller than to once again focus on issues out of my control. After my bid and treatment though, I’ve chosen to remain on the Lord’s side upon his forgiveness. My savior, if you will. It’s an issue that’s haunted my dreams and plagued my faith. Fortunately, I will remain on the Lord’s side this weekend as he guides me to success,”

“Johnny can go and run his mouth all he wants because he knows he’s safe in the confines of an asylum. He knows the Beast can’t get to him behind those metal bars. He knows HE’S not the man stepping in the ring with me Sunday night. He’s a coward. A loser. A cretin who has nothing better to do with his time than try and dissect what’s going to set Brock Alyas off his rocker,”

“Normally, he would’ve been successful. However, this week? No such luck. That Mongoloid interpreter has another thing coming if he thinks trying to make fun of the horrors and nightmares I’ve LIVED through instead of simply written in a book. You think that is going to save Storyteller’s ass on Sunday? He doesn’t have a clue as to how hard I’m coming. He doesn’t have a clue how bad I can’t wait to get my hands around the throat of my challenger. He doesn’t have a clue as to who the fuck Brock Alyas is, by telling me I’m going to walk out of Sunday Night Showdown on the injured reserve,”

“Since you seem to know so much about me and who I am. Why don’t you have Storyteller write a book about me? I’ve already got an idea for one of the beginning chapters when I become the crowned Las Vegas champion on January 20, 2008”

“I’m not trying and never tried to scare Storyteller through the expression of sorrow. I instead wanted to show the world who the real lunatic entering the ring on Sunday is. And oh, don’t worry Johnny. I always do my homework. We didn’t need a little history lesson from you to teach us about Morgan’s wife having enough of living with an ugly lunatic that she had to have other men sexually stimulate her in the bed Morgan paid for. I already knew that. Instead of sinking down to the level you’re most currently hovering on to rub that in his face, I’ll chose to do my talking in the ring”

“It’s embarrassing that this has become a war of words with you instead of Storyteller. If you think your feeble attempts to take my eyes of the prize will play into your game plan, no way. There’s not a snowballs chance in hell I’m going to walk away Sunday night as the loser. You seem to think the sVo is feeding me to the dogs, you’ve got another thing coming. It blows my mind that your processed the thought that I had all attempts to wrestle this man. You must not have watched any of my matches. sVo executives have politely asked me to be a bit less “stiff” in the ring,”

“Something you’ve sought to oversee is that I’m from Detroit, Michigan my good friend. I was a fighter turned wrestler. I’ve had to fight my entire life to get what I really wanted. I’ve had to make a name for myself or else I’d be walked on like the scum of the earth that inhabits the confines of your beloved asylum. I’d be a loser peon, much like you are and much like you’ve become over the years, working a day job, 40 hours a week, each and every minute in anticipation for the next to get away from nutcases like the Storyteller,”

“If you want a fight on Sunday night, I’m sure we can arrange that. After all, it’s what you’ve said Storyteller will bring and God knows I won’t be going down without one,”

“You say Storyteller doesn’t even know when he’s in the ring most of the time? After the comments you made about my deceased family, I’ll make the guaren-damn-tee Michael Morgan isn’t going to know where the fuck he is,”

“As for insulting Melissa, you have no idea of the beast you unleashed after that comment. I’m lucky the world renowned Dr. Albert Schumacher was able to calm my nerves because had he not, there would be a good chance you wouldn’t be around to witness the match this weekend”

“And to mention my seed. To stoop to the level that you have and attempt winning this contest through insulting the child I brought into this world and would’ve done absolutely anything for? Give your head a shake, you owe it to yourself and your conscience. I’d expect nothing less from a coward whose secured behind the confines of an asylum.”

“You don’t need to worry about whether or not I’m ready for this. Rest assured my entire life I’ve been prepared for the fight of my life. I’ll admit, this is the biggest moment in my career. This is what will make Brock Alyas a champion or a contender. And upon realizing what the puppet master behind Storyteller’s strategy for trying to defeat the Juggernaut, I have no doubts that I will walk out a crowned champion. Yes, walk.”

“Storyteller, this isn’t just going to be another Sunday Night Showdown match-up. This isn’t just going to be a championship contest. From what your representative has said you’re going to bring to the ring, I’ll bring that extra ounce more. I’ll be ready for whatever it takes to become a champion because at this point in my life, it has become all I’m focused on. All I want and all I need. You think I’m a true-wrestler? You think I haven’t been taught how to fight?”

“What you don’t understand is that I am banned in four states to wrestle competitively for the things I’ve done to people. Most organizations won’t even look at my resume upon reading my name. There is two reasons why the most recognizable and decimating maneuver in professional wrestling is called the CareerEnder. Not only is it the outcome of most of the fuckheads I’ve had to suit up against, but it’s also the moved that almost ended my career. Thankfully, we compete in the state of Nevada, because had it been for shows to take place in our neighbor of Idaho, the Juggernaut wouldn’t be around these confines.”
“As for you Storyteller? You’re a nobody whose going to remain a one-time champion. You’ve had one incidence where you caught your wife cheating and you forever go down as a threat to society?”

“I’ll hand it to you, Morgan. You are one sick fuck, but the intimidation factor has yet to be the ball that falls in your court. You know deep down in your mind that I’m everything you wish you could be. My reaction to the rather similar situation you and I have formerly encountered is the reaction you wish you would have taken, the person you wish you could’ve become and instead of maintaining your own style of a promotion, you even tried to copy me and not say a word instead let the reality speak volumes you or I could never touch,”

“It’s cool with me, though. I’m used to be looked up to and attempted to be like. I’m also used to be feared and intimidating. It’s clear as day your spokes-people, however many you have are biting their nails, fuck they’ve even said they’re ready for the only outcome that can happen after our battle. They’ve already taken into consideration that you just can’t touch me. I’m better, faster, stronger, tougher and I have the heart of a champion. They’ve already prepared themselves to lose this match, and those are the words spoken by a man who can taste defeat so the cowards don’t have to make excuses,”

“You’re telling me, anyone honestly expects you to represent the city of Las Vegas? Do you even want this yourself? I’m calling you out my friend. Not you’re shit-talking spokespeople. I’m talking directly to you big man, so pipe up and speak for yourself. Tell me a little story of how you plan on beating the man on a mean streak. The man who has NOTHING in him left to lose? It’s almost come to the point that this match isn’t even fair,”

“Johnny has just put the biggest advantage in my hands because no matter how well you can tell a story, my friend… nobody and nothing is going to stop me from being a champion… most specifically a coward who cannot even speak for himself,”

“The pent-up anger and frustration is going to be unleashed on the likes of you Storyteller and you will never again have to face an opponent like Brock Alyas. You will never receive the fight of your life much like I’m going to bring to Showdown. I’m not even going to take the thought of you winning into consideration because to do that, you’ll have to end the life of yet another man. I’m sure you’d have no problems doing that, but this isn’t just any other man. This is a disturbed behemoth of a man whose going to attack you like a lion. Whatever it takes is what I’m going to have to do and the Beast isn’t prepared for anything less,”

“Save yourself the breath with shit talk, just bring your ass to the ring on Sunday and be prepared to put your life on the line,”
