Pink Eye or something else?; I think I have something besides pinkeye

Posts: 88 Group: Student Member #35 Joined: September 7, 2007	About 3 days ago I woke out of bed and looked in the mirror and noticed that my eyes were really red, but it didn't seem to agitate me. In fact, I felt kind of more active than usual, so I kinda ignored it and went straight to school. There a lot of people noticed my eyes while I was at school. People thought I was high (cuz I laugh alot, even without red eyes =_=), had pink eye (but my eyes weren't itchy or irritating), or just really tired (which I wasn't). So I continued school for the next 2 days, and my teachers and parents started to get concerned and told me to get them checked. Today I took the day off and got them checked and the doctor told me that I LOOKED like I had pink eye. And my teacher from before said she didn't think so cuz it'd be really itchy and irritating and you'd know you have it. So I got my perscribed eye drops for it which tastes horrible by the way =_= And I'm continuing like nothing happened. I'm hoping it's some process of genetic eye mutation which will give me super eye powers like shooting laser beams from my eyes 8D But if anyone knows what it really is please tell meh =O I just wanted to share this with you cuz I'm just that curious about it XD Btw if it turns out to be pink-eye I'm going to be very disappointed =_=

And since i kept claiming that the red eye was itchy so my class thought i had pink eye and my teacher sent me to the nurse so i don't "spread" it...then she told me i was just having a alergic reaction to something and its making my eye itchy which made me rub it turning it red.

Yeah but... people say if you have pink-eye you'll KNOW you have pink-eye cuz it's really irritating and stuff, but for me I can't really feel anything wrong with my eyes o.o If it is pink-eye I hope it'll go away soon, so people stop calling me high =_= Btw I tasted the eye drops cuz I was half asleep and I thought they were something else you drink, but they weren't =_= I've also never tasted eye drops before and never will from now since it tastes to bad D=
