Forum Changes; Chesters fails at this o.o

Hope you enjoy!) -> Fix all member titles and recruit into forums -> Find out branches, their leaders, and if they exist -> Update threads and sections -> Fix screen shot size (Fixed! No more skin distortion!) -> Youtube vids? (never broken, so... fixed ~Chesters) -> Add onion emotes again (DONE! The onion club ish back) -> Demote Chesters (joking)
