I don't guild-hoppers personally, but if they give a good reason why they want to such as... their friend made a new guild and they want to try it out, or if they feel that they need time away from the guild for personal reasons you find reasonable then I think it's okay. Just probably tell her she can only rejoin once and after that, you'd need a really solid reason why she should be considered to join the guild. |
