Mike Tenay- Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to Bound for Glory II, I am Mike Tenay and with me as always is Don West. This is the biggest show of the season for Impact-X and just moments ago the Knockout’s wrapped up their show, where we just saw a new Knockout’s Champion crowned. Don West- That’s right Mike, on the main event of the Knockout’s show Taeler Hendrix defeated Bex Owens to win the Impact-X Knockout’s Champion, but right now we are going to start the next part of the show. On the card for the night we have the Feast or Fired match. This season there are 5 briefcases up for grabs, 4 title shots and 1 pink slip. 4 Briefcases will be hung for ring posts and after those 4 are claimed a wrestler can climb a ladder and grab the fifth briefcase that hangs above the ring. Mike Tenay- we are also going to see Matt Morgan vs Jason Russo, the last half of the first season saw Jason Russo beat Matt Morgan for the Heavyweight Championship. Jason has gotten an ego from that while Matt Morgan still claims that Jason’s wins were nothing but flukes. Don West- we are also going to see Dean Ambrose take on Bully Ray in a Hardcore match, Ambrose attacked Bully Ray in his Impact-X debut. What is going to happen when the ECW Veteran Bully Ray meets the former Lunatic Fringe of the Shield? Mike Tenay- We are also going to see Ken Anderson go one on one with John Cena. Anderson has said that if Cena wants to get anywhere in Impact-X he will have to beat him. The former face of WWE-X accepted the challenge and those 2 will meet later tonight. Don West- as far as title matches go, the Outlaws Scott Taylor and Gunner will defend the Impact-X Tag Team Titles against the Wolves, Daniel Bryan will defend the Impact-X X Division Championship against Chris Sabin in a 20 minute No Holds Barred Ironman Match. Austin Aires defends the Impact-X United States Championship against a returning Impact-X Wrestler, and in the main event, The Impact-X Heavyweight Champion Samoa Joe will defend his title against Fight for the Right winner Jeff Hardy. Mike Tenay- and to kick things off Jeff Jarrett announced in the pre show that Impact-X will have its own Hardcore Championship, and just like WWE-X the first champion will be determined by whoever can run out here and climb the ladder to claim the belt that is hanging above the ring, however they will be defending it 24/7 after they grab the belt, so let’s start the chaos Justin Sane grabbed the Hardcore Championship at 10:11 to become the first Impact-X Hardcore Champion. Other wrestlers that came out to claim the belt included Suicide, A returning Hernendez and Homicide, A returning Alex Shelly, Sabotch, Kenney King, Jeff Vader, Dylan Jamieson, Abyss, Ninja Ninja, and EC3. During the “match” Sabotch put Ninja Ninja through a table with a Botchabomb off the ladder. Mike Tenay- Justin Sane is the first Impact-X Hardcore Champion. Don West- considering he is from the Land of Extreme that doesn’t surprise me. And Now Sane is going out through the crowd Mike Tenay- I think he saw what happened to Slater moments after he won WWE-X’s Hardcore Title and wants to avoid that happening tonight, I guess that means he won’t be competing in Feast or Fired. Don West- well that match will be happening a little later in the show, up next we have Matt Morgan vs Jason Russo. Jason Russo defeated Matt Morgan in 9:23 via pinfall. Toward the end of the match Russo ducked a Carbon Foot Print and then hit Morgan with the Final Blow (Cutter) and followed up with the Descent to get the win. Don West- maybe that win will help prove that none of Jason’s wins were a fluke Mike Tenay- honestly Don this may must make Jason’s ego grow even bigger than it was before. Don West- Well either way we have the Feast or Fired match up next, 4 men will be getting title shots while 1 man will be getting fired. Low Ki, Magnus, Daniels, Eric Young, and Jeff Vader grabbed Briefcases in the Feast or Fired match. Eric Young grabbed his briefcase at 4:21 Daniels grabbed his briefcase at 9:32 after pushing Kaz off the turnbuckle Jeff Vader grabbed his briefcase at 10:00 Magnus grabbed his briefcase at 12:33 Low Ki climbed the ladder to grab the last briefcase at 18:20 (JB comes down to the ring to speak to the winners) JB- Ladies and Gentlemen it now time to see what is inside these briefcases, EY we will start with you (Eric Young opens up his briefcase and it reveals a United States Title Shot) JB- Eric Young you have a United States Championship match, now Magnus it is your turn. (Magnus opens the briefcase and reveals a Tag Team Title Shot) JB- Well Magnus you have a Tag Team Title Shot, however you don’t have a partner so what are you going to do about that Magnus- JB I had somebody in mind in case I won this briefcase, I plan on revealing my partner in the very near future. JB- Alright well Daniels your up, let’s see what is in your briefcase (Daniels opens up his briefcase and to reveal a X Division Title shot) JB- Daniels has the X Division Championship shot, now we have 2, Low Ki, Jeff Vader one of you two will be getting a pink slip tonight, while the other will have a Heavyweight Title match. Gentlemen we are going to have you both open your briefcases at the same time (Jeff Vader opens his briefcase to reveal a pink slip while Low Ki opens his to show a Heavyweight Title shot) JB- There you have it ladies and gentlemen, Jeff you have been fired from Impact-X while Low Ki will be getting a World Title- (Jeff Vader cuts JB off and grabs his mic) Jeff Vader- whoa man, this can’t be right, I am a member of the New Age, impact-X needs me here, I can’t be getting fired, and you know what I am going to go back into the ring and stand there until I get hired back (Jeff Vader goes to get into the ring when Low Ki stops him) Low Ki- Hey you knew the rules going into this match, you pulled a pink slip, now you have to leave Jeff Vader- I am not going anywhere Low Ki- at this rate, you are not going anywhere willingly (Low Ki hits Jeff in the gut with his briefcase and then lays him out with a Ki Krusher) Low Ki- JB I am sorry about that, but now I have something to announce, you see I have a Heavyweight Title shot any time I want, and I want to cash in tonight in the main event. JB- Low Ki are you sure you want to do that Low Ki- Yes I am, I’ve waited too long to be a World Champion and I don’t want to wait any longer, tonight I cash in and I will be Jeff Hardy and Samoa Joe to become the new Impact-X Heavyweight Champion (Low Ki hands his briefcase back to JB and heads to the back) Mike Tenay- did you hear that Don, the main event for Bound for Glory II has been changed because Low Ki is cashing in his Impact-X Heavyweight Championship match tonight Don West- I have to question this move by Low Ki, he could have cashed in after the main event, but instead he is cashing in to join the match. Mike Tenay- Well Ladies and Gentlemen up next we are going to see the Outlaws defend the Impact-X Tag Team Championships against The Wolves The Outlaws (Scott Taylor and Gunner) defeated The Wolves (Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards) in 14:54 via pinfall to retain the Impact-X Tag Team Championships. Scott pinned Richards after hitting a Stunner. Don West- The Outlaws retain, The Outlaws have beaten the Wolves Mike Tenay- Scott and Gunner have proven to be a force to be reckoned with in their short time in the tag team division. After this I wonder who their next challengers will be Don West- That is going to be answered in due time Mike, but we still have a lot of Bound for Glory to go, up next Austin Aires is going to defend the Impact-X United States Championship against a returning Impact-X Wrestler A returning Blake Jones defeated Austin Aires in 10:22 via pinfall to win the Impact-X United States Championship. Towards the end of the match Aires attempted to hit Jones with a brainbuster only for Jones to break away from Aires and hit the Cha-Ching to get the pin. Mike Tenay- I don’t believe it, the so called greatest man to ever live just lost the United States Championship. Don West- we are not going to hear the end of this from Daniel Bryan and Aires now, but congratulations to the new champion, the returning Blake Jones Mike Tenay- Ladies and Gentlemen up next we have Ken Anderson taking on John Cena John Cena defeated Ken Anderson in 10:12 via pinfall. Cena pinned Anderson after hitting the Attitude Adjustment. Mike Tenay- Cena has put away Ken Anderson, hopefully this shows that Cena isn’t expecting anything to be handed to him while here in Impact-X Don West- Cena may not be in his element here in Impact-X, but he showed he can adapt, ladies and gentlemen up next we have a Hardcore match between Bully Ray and Dean Ambrose Dean Ambrose defeated Bully Ray in 21:20 via pinfall in a Hardcore match. Ambrose pinned Bully after hitting the Midnight Special off the apron and through a table. Highlights of the match include Bully hitting Dean with a Piledriver in the corner. Ambrose hitting a Dirty Deeds on the apron. Bully hitting Ambrose with a Powerbomb off a ladder through a table, Ambrose busted Bully after hitting a Piledriver on the steel steps. Mike Tenay- That was a war that we just saw tonight Don, and the Lunatic Fringe Dean Ambrose is walking away with the win. Don West- I have to say I am shocked that Dean was able to beat Bully in a hardcore match, not only that but Bully is the only one wearing a crimson mask Mike Tenay- Ambrose was out to make a statement, and I think this win has done it, up next we have a 20 minute No Holds Barred Ironman match for the X Division Championship as Daniel Bryan defends the title against Chris Sabin. Daniel Bryan defeated Chris Sabin in a 20 minute No Holds Barred match 2-1 to retain the Impact-X X Division Championship. Daniel Bryan pinned Sabin after hitting a Knee Plus at 4:20 Chris Sabin pinned Bryan after hitting the Hail Sabin at 14:11 Bryan made Sabin tap out to the Labell Lock at 18:34- after making Sabin tap Daniel grabbed the X Division Title belt and hit Sabin with it. After that Daniel left the match. Mike Tenay- I can’t believe that Bryan would do something like that, he picks up the lead and then leaves so Sabin can’t get a chance to make a comeback Don West- Bryan and Aires will do anything to make sure one of them is wearing gold. However Ladies and Gentlemen we still have one more match, the main event. The Impact-X Heavyweight Champion Samoa Joe is going to defend his championship against Fight for the Right winner Jeff Hardy and the man that won the Heavyweight Title shot in the Fight for the Right Match Low Ki. Low Ki defeated Jeff Hardy and Samoa Joe in 29:32 via pinfall to win the Impact-X Heavyweight Championship. Toward the end of the match Jeff Hardy took Samoa Joe out with a Twist of Fate and a Swanton Bomb, Low Ki broke the pin Hardy had on Joe and then hit Hardy with the Ki Krusher to get the pin. Highlights of the match include a tower of doom seeing Low Ki superplexing Jeff Hardy while being powerbombed by Samoa Joe, Jeff Hardy hitting the Side Effect on Samoa Joe on the apron, and Joe being hit with a simultaneous Swanton Bomb/Warrior’s Way Stomp by Low Ki and Jeff Hardy. Mike Tenay- Low Ki’s done it, Low Ki is the Impact-X Heavyweight Champion. Don West- he took a huge risk cashing in tonight before the match, but it paid off, Low Ki is a World Champion Mike Tenay- What a night it has been here at Bound for Glory II, we are going to see you on the next Impact-X for all the fall out of the night, plus the start of the Rising Star Series, until then this is Mike Tenay and Don West signing off. |
