-Previously on CWF, Ryback defeated Rusev in the Finals of the CWF World Heavyweight Championship Tournament to be crowned the first ever CWF World Heavyweight Champion. Now, we’re onto CWF Fight Night: My Bloody Valentine where it’s confirmed that Ryback will defend his Championship in the Main Event. However, tonight on CWF Riot! 1, Rusev, the man who Ryback defeated, will go up against Finn Bálor in tonight’s Main Event to potentially be named the Number One Contender for the CWF World Heavyweight Championship. Can Rusev pull out the win, or will Bálor steal the match and earn an upset?
-Also, after both losing to Ryback in the Semi-Finals of the CWF World Heavyweight Championship Tournament, Jace will be looking to make a statement and prove that he deserves an opportunity at the CWF World Heavyweight Championship at CWF Fight Night: My Bloody Valentine as he will go up against the CWF Zero-G Champion Lewis Rivers. Can Jace make good on his promise, or will Lewis Rivers prove why he defied the odds and defined the Zero-G Division as “No Limits?”
-Also scheduled, at CWF All or Nothing, The Chosen Naturals defeated The Wolves to become the first-ever CWF World Tag Team Champions. That being said, CWF Riot! GM Paul Heyman has wasted NO time deciding who will challenge Alex and Walter at CWF Fight Night: My Bloody Valentine, as he has put in a Number One Contenders match between The Ascension and The Wolves. Who will win and earn the right to challenge The Chosen Naturals in their first title defense?
-We will also see yet another “Proving Ground” match as Lashley, much like Rusev and Jace, will look to earn himself a match with Ryback at CWF Fight Night: My Bloody Valentine. Lashley was eliminated from the CWF World Heavyweight Championship Tournament by Rusev, and now is looking for a chance at redemption when he goes up against Tyson Kidd, who came so close to becoming CWF Zero-G Champion multiple times at CWF All or Nothing. Can Lashley pick up the win, or will Tyson Kidd pick up his first win in the company?
-And finally, in our opening match, we will see a Number One Contenders Triple Threat Match for the CWF Intergauge Championship, as Keith Austin, Samuel Shaw, and Baron Corbin will all vie for an opportunity to face EC3 at CWF Fight Night: My Bloody Valentine. EC3 beat Baron Corbin to win the Championship at CWF All or Nothing, but he also has pinned Keith Austin in Singles action. Can either of them pick up the win to potentially redeem the loss, or will Samuel Shaw be the wildcard and pick up the win? Find that out and more on Riot! #5…
