THe Constitution of the United States created three branches of government as checks upon each other.

I have a question: Can anyone tell me what happen to the third branch, the judicial branch of our government?

The Constitution under article three, extended the judicial power "to all cases in law and equity arising under this constitution..."

LAW AND EQUITY are the two branches of the Common Law. The common law is a system of jurisprudence forged thru the crucible of a thousand years of English history. It was what Joseph Story in his Commentaries on the Constitution called, "OUR BIRTHRIGHT AND INHERITANCE".

Can anyone direct me to a court who's proceedings are "after the course of the Common Law"?

Congress, not wanting to be restricted by the Constitution or the Common Law, withdrew the Courts of LAW AND EQUITY, and gave us administrative court which lack judicial power. These administrative courts are part of the executive branch not the judicial. They are "quasi-judicial", they function in the absence of the third branch of government. Common law rights without common law courts.... are not worth too much.

Congress created these non-judicial courts and replaced officers with "officials".

They replaced Counselors at Law with Attorneys at Law. Since the Courts cannot excersise judicial power they are forced to trick you into consenting to giving them your power of attorney instead. They exercise you power of attorney not judicial power. The legal "System" required the general public to be ignorant of the difference between a Counselor and an Attorney.

Note: Giles Jacobs Law Dictionary circa 1811: Attorney: In criminal cases Attorneys will not be admitted.

Why are they admitted in today’s courts? They are not courts of Law or Equity.

Todays courts required your power of attorney. You can grant your power of attorney to one of their bar Attorneys or another neat trick the court has is... they will ask you if YOU would like to be one of their attorneys and REPRESENT yourself.

ONLY ATTORNEYS represent others in their business affairs. If you are in your proper person.. you don't "represent yourself, you are yourself. Your body is before the court, there is no "representation".

Counselors at law do not represent, they assist. They cannot BIND their client. They can't sell your "shit" or bind you to the decisions of a non-constitutional court.

Counselors at law are a part of a Noble class who's chief object is the love of the law and justice. Their renumerations are taken in the form of gratuities and have no rights to them There is no direct connection between justice and money.

Contrary to the current "Court SYSTEM" which only admits Attorneys which are all for profit. SEE: "DEN OF THIEVES:

A Counselors first duty upon being seated would be to qualify the court and make sure that the "rules and procedures of the common law are followed and that the judge holds a valid commission, oath of office and officers bond as required by the Article III and the judiciary act of 1792.

The Counselor is an element of trial by jury UNLESS WAIVED. A whole generations has Waived Counsel and with it true courts of Law and Equity.

THE COUNSELOR is a very powerful and overlooked element of trial by jury and the Constitutions sixth amendment of the right to COUNSEL. If the proceedings are improper and the judge lacks his credential, the Counselor at law can vacate the premises and deprive the Court of an essential element of jurisdiction.

For more information on what a Counselor at law is and the distinctions from an Attorney at law, you got to dig deep and find the law dictionaries contemporary with the United States Constitution. Most of the current law dictionaries such as Blacks have been bought out by westlaw and the language has been dumbed down, to accomodate the overlay treasonous administrative state which has been attempting to overthrow the lawful government of the United States for most of this century.

Counselors at Law are the key to unlocking and understanding our current court "system".
