If you wanted some realistic tile images, this page has a bunch of them; http://playedonline.co/ceramic-tiles-textu...-ceramstyle-02/

Yet another set of potential textures from the same domain; http://playedonline.co/brown-tile-texture/...photos-6-y1rb2/

Some stuff for wood; http://playedonline.co/dark-wood-floor-tex...oring-textures/

So yeah, that website is a goldmine waiting to happen. Just wanted to highlight some of the easier-to-find pages. There doesn't seem to be licensing on any of the textures, or at least, any demand for money, so I am assuming unlicensed work.

Be careful with asset sites that don't state any license. Those could be from anywhere.
Edit: Definitely be careful with that. I've seen those textures elsewhere.

Here are some safe sources I know:

http://textures.com
Definitely the best source with a very good license.

http://episcura.com/
Similar to textures.com

http://admira.sg/
Amazing wood textures. If used, name the author/site.

http://www.mayang.com/textures/
Lesser known, still useful

http://opengameart.org/
Not only textures but also 3D meshes and sounds.

http://nobiax.deviantart.com/
This guy is amazing. Free textures and 3D models under CC.

My own resource, COMPLETELY free, CC0 public domain.

That's a great set of repositories, Marv, I am sure it'll be user useful for people starting out. I apologize for my error, feel free to bin the thread.
[offtopic=a rant about licensing bullcrap]Not to rain on your parade or suggest that a lot of us couldn't care less, but we're dealing with people who are already playing the game thanks to one of the threads in Tools.

I'm not entirely in that camp, as I've been shelling out money for content with specific licensing for content re-use but what I'm saying is, if a lot of people are already playing a game they decide is "Abandonware" because Acclaim liquidated their assets (WeGo owns everything now so there's no way Re-Volt is abandoned enough to warrent it being freely downloadable and usable without license), then if they want to make stuff for it, they also may not care about the licensing of the content they use.

Look at some of the maps that exist in RVZ; Some use sponsor logos and brand names with absolute disregard of licensing because creators want to add some recognizable brands for atmosphere; especially the GP-style maps. Some cars on RVZ also use branding without permission, creating real-life cars without license. We do a variety of other things here with zero regard for licensing. Do you know how much content wouldn't exist if we dropped the hammer because something was using an unlicensed texture, or because all the textures used in some content doesn't contain permissions in the credits or readme? We'd lose at least a fourth of what is there now if moderators on all the various community repositories through the years kept strict rules of content licensing.[/offtopic]
